性價比很高，參加攜程西藏挑戰賽疊加上優惠平均每晚衹花了不到200元，唯一的問題是沒有供氧氣的設備。。

房間給免費升級成套房了，挺大的，但是酒店明顯老舊了，軟裝也沒有感覺是套房。性價比高，製氧機晚上有點吵，衞生還可以的，連鎖酒店這點最基本的還是可以保障的。早餐真的不太行，炒菜看着都沒食慾，牛奶和咖啡應該都是粉泡的，還是喝喝白開水比較保險。洗衣房有兩組洗烘，但是有一組好像壞的，用不了。

前台白央小姐姐不僅長得好看，做事情也很麻利、熱心，她讓我覺得藏族朋友都是這麼熱情大方，酒店也增色不少，提出大大的表揚！希望白央小姐姐生活愉快，天天開心！

房間升級了 家庭房 在327房間。説實話 酒店在一個巷子裏面 500多米才能走進去……所有房間的玻璃都是單層玻璃 且很多年沒有擦玻璃咯……酒店的毛巾浴巾上面的日期都是2023年的 不那麼柔軟了。攜程上訂的 幫助升級了房，贈送了早餐。酒店不能期望值太高 跟內地的智選假日有差距。早餐也就是將就能吃，不能期待太高。
説了這麼多缺點説下優點：便宜 真的便宜 攜程上淡季8月31日-9月3日 用了拉薩文旅補貼券 下來 差不多160元一晚上。第二：酒店刷卡進樓層 安靜 安全。
如果要自由行 天天出去逛 還是有點遠 到布達拉宮的距離2.5公里 打車15元 到大昭寺 3.5公里的樣子。 拉薩的消費比成都高的多。打車、吃飯 都有明顯的感覺。我第一次來 沒有高反 感覺真的漂亮。推薦大家以下幾點：
🚩補充：進藏前沒有吃紅景天、飛機落地沒有高反。
落地住的酒店沒有氧氣，也沒有買氧氣瓶都適應了。
所以飛機進藏是最輕鬆的方式。火車、自駕累**該高反一樣的高反。
🔹景點：布達拉宮、大昭寺、拉基寺、色拉寺、西藏博物館、文成公主晚會、葯王山觀景台、八廓街……建議自己遊覽 輕鬆遊……走走停停 不能劇烈運動。
🔸吃的以川菜為主，除了説藏語的都是四川話，東西運輸進來不容易 物價跟一線城市差不多。空氣乾燥、紫外線輻射超級強……我整個夏天都沒有曬黑的 這裏2天給我曬得黢黑。[偷笑]
