Look at the management and service of old five-star hotels. The key is that middle-level management is very necessary. I won’t elaborate here. For example, breakfast ended at 10:30, and I arrived at the restaurant at 10:20. They had already collected the food and started cleaning? You can compare it with the St. Regis next door. This kind of problem is far from happening in international brands. I hope that self-owned brands will get better and better.

The expectations were high before departure, but I didn't expect that I would still be amazed by the beauty here. The housekeeper Luosang called to inquire about the arrival time before checking in, and he was already waiting at the door to greet us warmly when he arrived at the hotel. Lhasa in winter is more prone to altitude sickness than in summer. The housekeeper first took us to rest in the hotel lobby and tasted the special highland barley milk cakes and sweet tea, which was as warm as welcoming his friends to visit his home. The battery car arrived directly at the guest room, and the door was opened with an ancient key. The ******* fragrance came out. The ******* decoration style is unique and elegant. The sunlight filled the living room through the ******* window. Language cannot describe this warm feeling. Every Songzan person I met in the hotel is sincere and lovely. They really treat us as guests from afar, allowing us to have a more comfortable stay. Breakfast is on the second floor, and you can overlook the Potala Palace. It's a pity that the Western restaurant on the third floor is closed recently. For dinner, I chose the ******* restaurant on the second floor. The dishes are very good. The restaurants are very quiet and the atmosphere is very good. There is also a boutique next to the hotel lobby. The scarves from Nole and the carpets from Kavajian are worth buying. I really don't want to leave. I will bring my family here again if I have the chance.

I thought it was a star hotel, but it was actually a B&B. The location was quite remote. I booked a suite for two days and was leaving the next day, but they still didn't refund the remaining room fee. I called 315 and they barely resolved it. Their business license didn't match the hotel name at all. It was just a B&B without stars. I suggest you avoid it. It's an absolute fraud.

Although there were some setbacks when adjusting the room type, it was finally solved with the help of Ctrip customer service, and I was quite satisfied. The room was upgraded to a room with a view of the Potala Palace, and I have to thank the Songtsam service staff for this. The location and room view of Songtsam Lhasa are not satisfactory, which does not conform to Songtsam's "concept of building the hotel on the location of the camera". The price is also higher than that of the same five-star hotels in Lhasa, and the room design is depressing. It may be the off-season, and many facilities in the room are broken, which feels a bit neglected. The service staff in the hotel respond quickly, which is worthy of praise, but sometimes they can't remember the needs, but it can be seen that they are working hard. Overall, the stay experience of Songtsam Lhasa is not as good as Basongcuo and Bomi.
