普通單間確實一般，第二天換到豪華單間來，感覺舒服多了，一個在主樓，一個在副樓，以後會經常入住豪華單間的！

出差第一次入住這家酒店，地段好，整體環境不錯，酒店設施老舊、隔音一般，服務態度還行，早餐一言難盡。更噁心的是辦理入住時必須要刷人臉我當時跟前台説不是全國各地早就取消了連拉薩其他酒店去年就已經不需要入住刷人臉了，為什麼你們要搞特殊？前台回覆是酒店規定的一會又説派出所要求的我真是懶得再費口舌了要不是已經過了免費取消訂單時間我肯定換一家了。另外聲明去年十一月底我住過西藏岷山飯店而且是連住一週，今年4.21住過貢嘎機場維也納酒店都不需要刷人臉。我已經給相關部門反映此事，對不合法行為，甚至侵犯個人私隱權的行為堅決抵制。也希望酒店管理能力跟上時代的節奏，別瞎搞，小心被整。
