住過最暖心的酒店，從酒店前台熱情和歡迎 前台工作人員很好 每一個細節都讓人感覺很舒適，房間乾淨整潔。位置也很大，周邊美食多。離布達拉宮也比較近 下次還來住

這次入住體驗堪稱“災難級”！房間衞生狀況糟糕透頂，地板黏膩，床上還殘留着不明毛髮，浴缸旁邊玻璃很臟都是水漬跟手印，洗衣房的洗衣機都是黏糊糊都不知道多久沒清洗，房間窗户是靠學校操場，一大早廣播聲音吵醒，隔音特別不好 睡眠質量差的真的一點都不建議，床單被罩都是破洞。 其次，入住時前台服務員，也沒有告知車停門口是要付費的，也沒説早餐在哪裡用，服務根本就不到位沒跟上，最讓人憤怒的是，在攜程網上明明顯示多種房型可選，價格也涵蓋多個檔位，可到店後，前台卻告知衹剩一個房房型，擺明了是利用低價房型吸引顧客到店，再強制高價消費，這種虛假宣傳的行為太不誠信！卻得到如此糟糕的體驗。

其他都可以，就是車子在酒店門口停着瞭然後第二天貼了罰單然後給前台打電話説不會賠償就很無語大家謹慎入住
