Requested late check-out, which was granted. Despite the late check-out, the cleaning staff knocked on the door and OPENED the door, even after being told we had a late check-out. TV did not work reliably, every few minutes signal was lost for almost a minute. Not a very restful getaway when the TV keeps disconnecting and house-keeping kept knocking, even after Francisco confirmed he was aware of the late check-out

Happy with the stay. Hotel is clean, both common areas and room. Check in staff was great. Location was convenient for our needs. Very good breakfast/lunch restaurant only minutes away (Starwood Cafe). Hotel has a small bar and restaurant, but we did not use them. Both looked clean and well kept. Other guests were obviously enjoying them. only complaint, the room HVAC kept cycling and the fan was a little loud. I'm a light sleeper, so it probably impacted me more so than the average person.

The room is large and well-lit. There are various restaurants and supermarkets nearby, such as Costco, Best Buy, etc., which is very convenient. The hotel is well managed and has a swimming pool.

The hotel is very good. There is hot water in the lobby in the morning, which can be used to make instant noodles. The room is large and quiet. The service staff is friendly and you feel at home. The breakfast is simple and filling. There is a steak house within a 5-minute walk, and Chinese and Korean restaurants within a 15-minute walk. I didn't have time to go out, but the surrounding environment looks good.

This hotel is very nice. The only thing is that the Wi-Fi is not strong. You can ask the front desk to upgrade the dedicated Wi-Fi for free.

There is a lake behind the hotel, the environment is good, and it is convenient to eat and shop nearby. Parking is free and there are many parking spaces. The facilities in the room are less than those in Los Angeles, but the point is that there is no noise.
