We highly recommend the Park Hotel. Our room was upgraded, thank you very much! The pool was lovely, with great cocktails at the bar. There's a free shuttle service to and from the village. The staff was very friendly. The Turkish bath was closed, and the spa area currently only has a sauna. There's no fitness room, which I found very disappointing. There's no coffee machine in the rooms, only a kettle.
We felt very comfortable, thank you very much!

Buongiorno, anche questo anno mi sono recato presso l'albergo tra le colline di Levanto. Be' cosa dire......un altro modo di vivere le cinqueTerre..... tranquillita'....panorami strepitosi....accoglienza gentile e raffinata. Una bellissima esperienza che ormai si rinnova di anno in anno. Il Direttore, uomo attento e rigoroso ha creato una bellissima squadra di collaboratori che ti accolgono con egregia simpatia. Anche il tempo e' stato buono. La SPA sempre molto gradevole e le persone della SPA di una gentilezza squisita. Complimenti a tutto lo Staff e mi auguro di poter rivivere futuri momenti presso questo meraviglioso Albergo.

Stayed 4 nights. Hotel very clean, pool great, breakfast excellent and shuttle to the train station and town was so easy. Made for a great stay. Importantly, on my first night I suffered a minor medical event that left me very unwell. The General Manager, Carl, came to my room and made phone calls to a doctor and showed great care. Importantly he followed up with me the next day to see how I was. This level of care was greatly appreciated and showed me that Carl cared about his guests and puts people first Highly recommended hotel Andrew

Hotel di alto livello, con staff super professionale e cordiale. Stanze ampie e pulite. Piscina fantastica e Spa ben attrezzata. Ottima colazione e ristorante da 10, sia in qualità del cibo ben preparato dallo chef e dal personale di sala che ti coccola, rendendo l'esperienza rilassante e magica. Direttore dell'hotel super gentile e professionale. Sono una persona con una disabilità motoria in sedia a rotelle e ogni mia richiesta, veniva immediatamente presa in carico e risolta. Hotel accessibile completamente,come la camera. Un'esperienza da ripetere sicuramente.

È la seconda volta che torniamo in questo ristorante e ogni volta rimaniamo incantati dalla tranquillità del paesaggio, dall’atmosfera romantica e dalla cura per il dettaglio di ogni singolo piatto. Ma non finisce qui, perché si può inoltre godere di un ottimo cocktail nel loro lounge bar, infatti questa volta siccome eravamo in anticipo ci siamo goduti un bell’aperitivo in tutta calma, io mi sono affidata alla maestria del barista Michele che mi ha servito prima un cocktail al rosmarino e poi un drink con mezcal e anguria, mentre il mio fidanzato si è goduto un’ottima birra artigianale di un birrificio ligure, insomma ce n’è per tutti i gusti! Torneremo sicuramente presto per fare un’altra cenetta romantica nella splendida terrazza o nell’incantevole veranda interna dove si può comunque godere del panorama per le grosse vetrate. A presto!! ❤️
