Wir fahren seit vielen Jahren jeweils für ein verlängertes Wochenende ins Waldhaus. Vieles wurde positiv erneuert und viel Bewährtes wurde erhalten. Gastronomisch ist das Waldhaus nach wie vor ein sicherer Wert - unabhängig davon, ob man im Hotel oder im Restaurant isst. Letzteres wurde vom neuem Pächterpaar sanft und sehr passend renoviert. Generell sind kleine Erneuerungen vielerorts immer mit der notwendigen Achtsamkeit für langjährig Bewährtes spürbar. Einziger Wermutstropfen sind die Badezimmer, die sichtlich in die Jahre gekommen sind.... Auf jeden Fall können wir das Waldhaus mit seiner Küche vorbehaltslos weiterempfehlen!

Die Aussage des Hauses, in einem "unverschämt charmanten" Hotel-Restaurant zu weilen, hat uns auf Anhieb neugierig gemacht. Es wurde nicht zu viel versprochen; wir sind begeistert und können dieses wunderbare Hotel wärmstens weiterempfehlen. In diesem Familienbetrieb ist das ganze Team mit Leidenschaft und Herzblut dabei; und dies bis ins kleinste Detail. Hervorragendes Essen, sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, Gästezimmer sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an die Gastgeberfamilie und das ganze Team; wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Ihnen sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

L'emplacement est central, à proximité des remontées et des bains, les chambres sont belles et calmes, la cuisine est délicieuse (le chateaubriand en particulier est excellent) et le service est professionnel et attentionné. Mais c'est avant tout pour l'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires et pour l'ambiance familiale que nous retournons avec plaisir au Waldhaus à Leukerbad. Merci Joshua et Lorenzo, Evelyne et Harald, pour ce très bon séjour et mention spéciale à Angela au service.
