Hôtel très charmant. Nous avons apprécié la propreté de l 'établissement ainsi que la décoration rustique. Néanmoins, les matelas avaient un creux central et pour une chambre de niveau supérieur "premium" cela était un peu décevant. Il manquait également quelques accessoires de toilette. D autre part, nous nous sommes retrouvé sans accès à l hôtel à 23h30 car le badge ne fonctionnait pas et nous avons attendu 45 min dehors le temps de réussir à joindre un employé. Pour finir, 45 min avant la fin du déjeuner il n y avait plus de croissants à disposition.

Nous avons séjourné à l’Hôtel de la Croix-Fédérale les 11 et 12 avril 2025, et ce fut un séjour parfait. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis par une jeune femme souriante, à l’écoute et très aimable. La chambre, décorée dans un style chalet alpin, était non seulement confortable mais aussi d’une propreté irréprochable. La literie de qualité nous a permis de passer une nuit reposante. Grâce à un bon acheté sur idcadeau.ch, nous avons bénéficié de la demi-pension. Le dîner au restaurant de l’hôtel était délicieux : un menu complet avec quatre entrées à choix, deux plats principaux à choix et deux desserts à choix. Des plats authentiques et généreux. L’accueil chaleureux, le confort des chambres et la qualité des repas ont largement dépassé nos attentes. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement et n’hésiterons pas à y revenir lors de notre prochain passage à Loèche-les-Bains.

La croix fédérale. C'est un très bon restaurant atypique valaisan. Un restaurant authentique du Valais. Avec des grandes assiettes de rosti. Il y a aussi des pizzas. De grandes portions. Une bonne ambiance locale. Une salle tout en bois, comme dans un chalet suisse. L'odeur de la fondue au fromage.

The hotel is very cozy, very old and authentic Swiss like. Inside the two buildings you can see some of the things that were used long ago like some old metal pints, skiis, sledges etc. There are three restaurants within the hotel. We had pizzas from real wood burning oven. They were the best ones we had in a long time. Rooms are cozy and comfortable with a lot of wood and stone decor. Breakfast is abundant and fits everyones needs. There is also a machine which males fresh orange juice! All in all beautiful two buildings renovated in a unique style mixed with contemporary design and old swiss alpine wood decor. Definitely worth visiting either for dinning or staying and enjoying a weekend in Leukerbad.

Food was good, however surprising to see how empty the restaurant was, only one other table. Most disappointed to be told that even having ordered wine and soft drinks we were told that they would not give us a jug of water, we had to buy mineral water.

Hotel war absolut ok. Aber... Käse Fondue war nicht mehr gut. LEBENSMITTELVERGIFTUNG! Habe die ganze Nacht gekotzt und meinem Freund ging es auch nicht gut. Ich dachte noch, das Fondue ist komisch. Hätte ich da besser auf mein Gefühl gehört als es als Geschmacksverstauchung abzutun. War tatsächlich ranzig. Nun muss ich wieder gesund werden, danke dafür!

Kleines Bad aber süßes Hotel
Nach dem Suchen haben wir das Hotel endlich gefunden. Zentral gelegen, Parkplatz gegen Aufpreis zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Check-In dauerte, da Rezeption nicht besetzt war. Nach mehrfachen Klingeln und einer halben Stunde warten, endlich eingecheckt. Zimmer leider anders als auf den Bildern abgebildet. Das Badezimmer ist sehr sehr sehr klein!! Man kann gerade so vor dem Spiegel stehen, sodass die Tür noch zu geht. Frühstück täglich das selbe, aber dennoch gut! Saubere Zimmer. Hotel ist sehr süß eingerichtet.
