We having been visiting Leukerbad since 2012 and have stayed in this hotel many times. We are always made to feel welcome and the owners and staff are very kind and helpful. The beds are very comfortable, room had an excellent view and balcony. Breakfast was varied and delicious and we took advantage of the benefits of reduced price with return ticket by cable car to and from the Gemmi pass. The Burgerbad baths are also a great favourite and staying in the hotel gave us that opportunity to use the baths included in the price of the reservation all in. It made for an excellent stay! It is to be highly recommended to anyone.

Wir fühlten uns sofort willkommen und "zu Hause". Die Doppelzimmer sind auf einem hohen 3Sterne Niveau und angenehm gross. Die Betten genau richtig für einen guten Schlaf. Das persönliche Ambiente macht auch den Restaurantaufenthalt zu einem Genuss. Alle ausgezeichneten Speisen waren mit viel Liebe gekocht und angerichtet. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Gemüseteller, welcher seinesgleichen sucht.

Cet hôtel familial n’est pas des plus moderne mais il est bien placé et réserve de bonnes surprises, en particulier les chambres “luxe” rénovées et très confortables du 4ème étage : de bonne taille, aménagée avec un petit bureau, canapé et salle de douche …une décoration contemporaine avec utilisation de bons matériaux. La literie était très confortable. L’ascenseur est petit et ancien mais il est rapide et nous mène (2 adultes et valise) sans problème à bon port. Le parking souterrain de l’hôtel (à prix intéressant) est à 2 minutes en voiture et seulement 2 minutes à pieds grâce à un ascenseur qui nous ramène à 50 mètres de l’hôtel. Nous avons apprécié l’accueil sympathique, les petites attentions dans la chambre tout comme les prises bien disposées pour recharger nos téléphones et autres accessoires. Petit déjeuner continental avec une bonne sélection de pains frais, choix de (bons) fromages, oeufs, fruits, confiture… parfait pour un bon début de journée ! La chambre étant proposée avec un accès gratuit (sauf le jour de départ) aux bains-thermes publics situés à une centaine de mètres, il en résulte un bon rapport qualité/prix.

Nous nous sommes arrêtés dans cet hôtel le weekend du 10.02.2024 et dès la première minute, nous avons été très déçus par un accueil pitoyable. La personne à l’accueil a été très froide, on nous à peine dit « bonjour », personne sur place ne parlait en anglais. Pour finir nous avons réussi à communiquer en français. De plus, nous n’avons pas reçu la plupart des informations pratiques concernant la chambre. Nous avons dû découvrir les informations concernant l’accès aux bains et leurs limites, parking, le wifi nous-mêmes. Les lits dans notre chambre, selon mon impression, est bien plus âgés que moi. Le drap-housse avait un trou de la taille de mon doigt bien au milieu. Le sèche-cheveux lâchait son dernier souffle. A part un bon emplacement, cet hôtel n’a pas d’avantages.

Belle rénovation au 4ème étage, les chambres sont modernes et spacieuses. Manque gel douche, champoing, sachets à disposition trop petits pour2. Oubli de l adoucissant pour les linges de douches: super rèches, on s est fait un peeling en s essuyant. Restaurant parfait comme toujours, le Chateaubriand à tombé. Personnel toujours souriant, belle ambiance. Accès aux bains gratuit, vraiment top. Je recommande

Hôtel très sympa, proche de toutes commodités avec place de parking (10chf par jour). Personnel très aimable, suite au 4e étage spacieuse et propre. J'aurais bien aimé du savon pour se laver les mains en arrivant et du shampooing dans la douche. Petit déjeuner correct.
