Purtroppo non ho potuto godere dell'ospitalità della struttura, quindi non posso recensire in modo positivo o negativo, in quanto, per problemi di lavoro, sono stata costretta a disdire. Peccato non essere riuscita a recuperare la caparra, nonostante avessi avvisato circa 1 mese prima l'impossibilità di effettuare il viaggio.

Abbiamo soggiornato all’inizio di settembre ed eravamo in 4. L’appartamento a noi riservato era in posizione centrale con parcheggio privato e poco distante dal mare e dall’inizio del lungomare, peccato per la salita leggermente impegnativa a piedi. L’appartamento era dotato di due camere separate e due bagni soluzione molto gradita e comoda, inoltre una ampia cucina con un eventuale altro posto letto e un patio esterno privato e tranquillo con vista mare. Il personale che ci ha accolto è stato cordiale e molto esaustivo sulle attrattive limitrofe e i luoghi dove mangiare. Lo consiglio!

Santa María de Leuca in January is a ghost town, but we wanted to start at the very base of the Italian heel, so we need somewhere to stay for a night. There was very little choice but our apartment at Residence Bellevue was just perfect. Clean and spacious with heating for a very cold night. We arrived after dark but our host had provided sent as a video with complete instructions about how to get in and how everything worked. The price we paid I am sure reflected the time of year and in summer I am sure this little town and this block of apartments would be jumping. Our apartment, while spartan, had a separate large living area with kitchen, a good size bathroom and a single bedroom with a queen size bed. I would have no hesitation in recommending the accommodation others.

We originally had reservations for two nights and extended for two more. The property was quiet, beautiful, very clean. Everything in the accommodations as advertised was there. The real highlight was Francesco. He went out of his way to make our visit to Santa Maria de Leuca amazing. Made our visit there the best.

Io ed i miei amici abbiamo soggiornato presso uno degli appartamenti del Bellevue dal 22 agosto. Ci siamo trovati benissimo! Il titolare è sempre disponibile ed accogliente, grazie a lui abbiamo trovato attività da fare e ristoranti in zona. La spiaggia è a 5 minuti a piedi, comodissimo!

Abbiamo prenotato in pieno Agosto per un appartamento dotato di climatizzatore ma al nostro arrivo riceviamo le chiavi per un bilocale a piano terra con soggiorno openspace (climatizzato), camera da letto da 10 mq. con finestra e bagno con box doccia da 60x60 cm. In sostanza, sia in bagno che in camera si potevano fare delle autentiche saune a costo zero!

Excellent accueil, appartement spacieux et propre, bonne situation et rapport qualité-prix exceptionnel. On appréciera particulièrement le calme et la sérénité de l’endroit dans un quartier de villas majestueuses. Nous recommandons chaudement cette résidence. On reviendra!

Grazie al suggerimento di Francesco,persona sempre molto disponibile e cordiale, abbiamo ricevuto un appartamento con piccolo terrazzino vista parziale mare. Arredamento discutibile ma essenziale. Il bagno su tutto potrebbe essere ammodernare. Da migliorare il wi fi che è praticamente assente e il sistema di climatizzazione (molto rumoroso uno e l altro praticamente era un ventilatore....) malgrado ciò la casa è confortevole e sopratutto centrale in 5 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il bellissimo lungomare di Leuca. Posto auto assegnato per ogni appartamento. Tutto perfetto tranne che per le 2 cose che andrebbero sicuramente riviste perché se descrivi un servizio devi poi essere in grado di garantirlo all ospite.
