Reception bit unorganized, we were waiting for room more than 1 hour (check-in 5:00 pm, we called in advance around 4.15 pm if possible to check-in earlier, no problem, but than waiting more than 1 hour because they were cleaning the room). They had this calling service once room ready, for us they didn't have even papers ready (needed to search, so more time wasted), wifi was not stable at the room (lack of proper coverage for our part of the area of the resort), breakfast not bad, but seems to me like stuck in 1998 when it come to food choices. Room was clean, but bath could be renovated a bit, there was no minibar and there was cigarette left in the candle glass on the balcony, parking was good, location also good.

Bel resort ubicato in buona posizione, vicino a Santa Maria di Leuca e alle Maldive del Salento. Cibo ottimo, bel ristorante sapientemente gestito dal maître Tommaso e dal caposala Michele. Uno speciale ringraziamento va anche allo chef Mirko che ci ha deliziato con ottime pietanze. Un plauso va inoltre all' animazione che ci ha divertito e accompagnato per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Bella anche la piscina di acqua salata. Unica cosa da migliorare sono gli appartamenti standard che hanno un arredamento spartano e non si presentano pulitissimi. Cmq nel complesso il soggiorno è stato soddisfacente anche grazie alla disponibilità e alla calorosa accoglienza dello staff.

Abbiamo soggiornato in un appartamento molto bello e spazioso, con 2 camere e soggiorno con cucina, un terrazzo con vista mare. Pulito, confortevole, attrezzato di tutto. Bellissima l'area piscina così come tutta la struttura. Ricca colazione a buffet servito, possibilità di scelta giornaliera tra pranzo e cena (con possibilità di scelta tra deliziosi piatti di carne e di pesce, ma anche vegetariani e per bambini) per il trattamento di M.P. e possibilità di pranzare anche al bar a bordo piscina con pizze e frittura di pesce, direttamente dalla cucina. Un ringraziamento speciale va a tutto il personale, quello della reception che ha risolto un problema nella nostra prenotazione, a quello di sala, che è stato sempre attento, disponibile e pieno di attenzioni soprattutto con i nostri figli. Una menzione speciale per i ragazzi dell'animazione: bravissimi con grandi e piccoli, super nel loro essere garbati e coinvolgenti. Grazie ancora per aver reso la nostra vacanza indimenticabile

Io e il mio compagno siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti di questi giorni trascorsi qui, il villaggio è molto bello e la camera super pulita, spaziosa con tutti i comfort . La struttura è dotata di tre parcheggi. Ottimo lo staff della ristorazione , cibo di qualità con piatti tipici Salentini , complimenti allo chef Mirco, al maitre Tommaso per la sua accoglienza ,ma grazie soprattutto al caposala Michele che è stato sempre molto premuroso e che ci ha accompagnato in questi dieci giorni con la sua professionalità e disponibilità.
