The staff was very welcoming and hotel room is very nice. Breakfast was provided as well. Hotel staff gave recommendations on attractions and local food that was really good and affordable. Excellent service from them!

My main issue was that I came to an internationally branded hotel, expecting high levels of hygiene. The toilet definitely had a weird smell. The sink had a strand of hair in it when I checked in. The sheets felt a little damp. This may be some of the fabric softener they use? There is no way this is a 4star tier hotel. The hotel is far away from the main attractions or the station. About 20$ taxi from the Buddha. 10$ taxi from the station. Other than that, the staff at the door were helpful

Then the boss is definitely a young man and he definitely understands what young people like. The hotel is full of smart devices, which is a surprise.
