馬桶不是智能馬桶，也不提供一次性馬桶套！空調噪音太大！服務太差了！明明客人已提前告知酒店睡眠不好，要求安靜的房間！結果前台隱瞞情況，和第二天辦婚禮的安排在同一樓層。睡覺基本就別想了！清晨6點樓道就已經鬧響了！窗户也對着舉辦婚禮大廳，對面人講話一清二楚！太吵了！真實評價，建議想週末訂房的客人千萬別訂這裏！因為你基本睡不了覺！

雙床房 房間不是特別大 但是夠用 板凳有點小，環境還是比較安靜，用了積分抵扣，算下來200多一間房還是不錯。攜程上標的是五星 實際上是四星酒店。酒店吧枱上有一個這個圖，非常的棒，非常適合來樂山覓食的朋友！早餐不錯 特別是鹵牛肉

和老媽一起來樂山旅遊，看到這個酒店環境不錯就選擇了。但由於當時預訂的時候房型出了問題，到了現場就和前台小哥哥商量了一下解決方案，也得到了完美解決，真的很感謝何盛林小哥哥，一直很有耐心幫我們解決問題！
房間的話衞生乾淨整潔，因為房間沒有自帶一次性馬桶墊，就給前台打電話，也是非常迅速就送上來了，服務速度👍

房間設施好，住着舒適。總枱人員服務極好，5號樓前台服務人員主動幫着拿行李，雨天外出回來恰巧這名服務員在院中相遇，主動把雨傘讓給我們，使我們很感動。早點品種豐富，味道及佳。原是想住一天的，住着舒適就又續住了一天。
