大堂寬敞，配有咖啡機，洗衣機，烘乾機等，房間乾淨衞生，每天都會打掃，隔音效果較好，配有小冰箱，早餐很豐盛，酒店設有停車場，來樂山旅遊自駕很方便，推薦

前台服務態度不是很有好，在平台上面明明有訂好房間，也有收到預訂短訊，到店前還有打電話至前台詢問有沒有乾淨的房間，打電話時還説有查到預訂，但是到店後告知並沒有我的預訂，要我掃前台的二維碼重新下單，不太理解，前台也並未解釋清楚，晚上回來的時候詢問退房時間，可不可以延遲退房，前台很強硬的語氣告知不能延時，房間的話還不錯，早餐也還行，衞生的話，一進衞生間裏面地上有上一個住户的頭髮，整體體驗的話一般，前台工作人員有點不太專業

房間乾淨明亮，床品舒服，還有酒店的免費停車場，這對自駕遊者友好，酒店位於主幹道路出行方便，前台的服務態度非常好，特別是二個小夥子，非常熱情，耐心解答問題，望酒店保持住越來越好
