設施：作為一家23年開業的酒店，整體設施維護不怎麼到位。七月分三十多度去的，酒店泳池並未開放，並且看起來像是永久不會開放的樣子。房間的自動窗簾是壞的，床頭燈也是壞的，入住當天直到凌晨，在關閉所有燈源的情況下，床頭燈都一閃一閃的，讓人無法入睡，後來給前台打了兩到三次電話，最終才解決掉燈光的問題。
服務：酒店前台在響應速度上還是挺不錯的，處理態度也很好。
餐飲：酒店早餐很好吃，尤其是米線

服務：周到貼心，我們對空調有要求，入住前就幫我們調好了合適的温度，是蘇稽古鎮中環境最好的酒店之一！

帶的中葯需要冰箱，前台知道後，立馬給我們安排協調，這個服務太棒了！！孩子比賽需要休息，延遲一個小時退房，也沒有另外收費，非常人性化
