Adequate room for one night however I wouldn't ever stay there for more than one night. Mostly because the carpet was grubby, the lights switches had finger prints and the mattress was hanging off the bed, which meant that every time I moved the sheet and mattress shifted. Fan was a bonus but I couldn't get over how dirty it was...hugely disappointing. Nobody was in reception to complain to as I arrived later in the evening and was in a rush.

Definitely improvable from the point of view of the furnishings but equipped with every comfort, soft but inexplicably comfortable mattress, good cleanliness and the proximity of the metro just one minute away and with which you can reach the center of Paris in 20 minutes is priceless. Just outside the building, there are shops, Mc Donald's, some other places, and a boulangerie where every morning you can taste bread, croissants and other delicious freshly baked delicacies.

Very pleasant neighborhood, very functional apartments, perfect location near metro and very quiet street, all shops nearby. And above all, a wonderful welcome from Amanda who takes great care of you with her magnificent smile. I recommend this establishment for the location, for its unbeatable value for money, as well as for the services offered in the apartments. A few hiccups regarding cleanliness make me give it a rating of 4 instead of 5, but that will absolutely not prevent me from returning.

Horribly expensive for what it is… Fortunately the staff was friendly because the establishment was not great: basic comfort and the studio was dilapidated. When I reported this I was told that the rooms were being renovated…
