Adequate room for one night however I wouldn't ever stay there for more than one night. Mostly because the carpet was grubby, the lights switches had finger prints and the mattress was hanging off the bed, which meant that every time I moved the sheet and mattress shifted. Fan was a bonus but I couldn't get over how dirty it was...hugely disappointing. Nobody was in reception to complain to as I arrived later in the evening and was in a rush.
Chez Lilas is a very beautiful 2-bedroom, 1-living room, 1-bathroom suite, located in the Provence-style B&B in the Lilac Town of Paris! There is a subway station downstairs (Ligne 11, Serge Gainsbourg). The subway takes 15 minutes to reach the center of Paris (Chatelet)! Famous attractions such as Notre Dame de Paris, the Louvre, the Arc de Triomphe, the Eiffel Tower, the Paris Opera House, etc. can all be reached in about half an hour. The B&B is surrounded by a mature commercial district, and restaurants, entertainment, theaters and cinemas can be reached within a short walk.
Chez Lilas has two warm bedrooms, a spacious living room and an open kitchen. The reasonable space layout makes every corner full of home warmth. As soon as you enter the door, you will see a spacious and bright living room with lavender-like purple tones, as if you are in the countryside of Provence. The yellow room is like Van Gogh's sunflowers in Arles, and the master bedroom is as charming as the soil of the Red Earth City (ROUSSILLON). Every decoration reveals the elegance of the French countryside.
All distinctive rooms are equipped with wardrobes/wardrobes, allowing you to experience a more intimate and meticulous stay. Electric kettles and coffee/tea makers are available, and convenient room facilities will surely make you feel comfortable. The bathroom provides 24-hour hot water, making you feel at home. The leisure facilities provided by the B&B are designed to create a colorful, luxurious and perfect accommodation experience for travelers.

The location was perfect, with bars and restaurants in the area. Subway station located just at the opposite with a direct 20min line to the city center. The hotel itself is a cute and quite modern and young boutique hotel. The restaurant is lively and different people remote working there, which gives a little Emily in Paris vibe. There is no parking on the site, but 7min walk away there is a underground parking lot. Totally recommend it. It is great value for money
We came a bit late as we were cycling from the Calais ferry terminal to Paris ( it took as 2 days of cycling) and it was raining so we were so happy because this hotel has a bike storage.
The room was clean but they forgot to give us towel. We had to ask . There’s no kettle in the room but it compensated with a huge space. The lights in the room were not too brights that’s why my photos are a bit blurry
Hotel sympa. A little small room with a fan. Correct bathroom. Ascensor because there are five floors . Good breakfast. Personal to listen. Many small restaurants around and two metro stations at
300 meters.
Overall, it can be that the customer service did not send the money to the hotel at the hotel. The hotel brushed my credit card. After the customer service said, it will return. It has been half a month and has not received the refund.
The room is good, the cleanliness is ok, someone will help clean every day, but the toilet is small, and 10 minutes from the subway station, overall good, feel good.
Compact room, nice & friendly staff, cheap & value for money, easy access to metro station (only a few minutes to walk to). But the carpet is so dirty and the location is bit far from tourist attractions.
