I love this hotel! It is friendly, safe, and conveniently located in the center of everything. As soon as you step out, you have access to shops, transportation, food, medical services, entertainment, and more. The staff is incredibly friendly. The young guys operating the vintage elevator are courteous and always ready to help, adding a charming touch to the experience. The front desk staff is also very nice; they even booked our taxi to the airport. The hotel is very clean, and the restaurant is fancy with delicious food. However, I do have a few suggestions for improvement. It would be great if the rooms included a hairdryer, an iron, a coffee maker or water warmer, and especially a small refrigerator to keep water cool, as it gets very hot in Leon. They mentioned that some rooms have refrigerators, but it should be a standard feature in every room. The beds were a bit hard and tend to make you sweat, possibly due to a plastic covering. Updating the decor a bit could also elevate this hotel to a 5-plus star level. Despite these minor points, I loved my stay. The price is fantastic, and every time we visit Leon, we stay here because it is safe and offers great value. The vintage elevator is so cool—it felt like a step back in time. It's a great historic hotel, and I highly recommend it. Adding more historical facts about Hotel Leon in Leon, Guanajuato, Mexico, would also be a nice touch for guests. If the suggested additions raise room prices, I'd prefer they keep the current rates, as the hotel is already wonderful as it is.

Muy buen hotel vayan esta excelente desde el principio bien trato hasta el final Muy servicio de desayuno barra de vinos 6 limpian la habitación a diario y buena ubicación es una buena mezcla de lo moderno con lo actual vale la pena

Me hospede en este lugar no por barato, si no por que me lo recomendaron muy ampliamente para vivir la experiencia del centro de Leon en mis ratos libres. pero el Personal sobre todo en recepcion lograron que mi experiencia fuera pésima en este hotel, ojala las capacitaran o les buscaran otra ubicación en el hotel y no al frente del recepción, el Hotel esta en zona peatonal. y para tomar un taxi hay que caminar un poco hacia la calle. se vuelve problema cuando haces el check out y andas con tus maletas y tienes que caminar por la zona peatonal hacia la calle y pararte en una esquina a que pase un taxi. hacer esto con maletas, carreola y niño en brazos, se vuelve problema. cuando le solicite un taxi a la recepcionista, me dijo . "no no se lo puedo conseguir tiene que caminar." ese pequeño detalle hace que no vuelva a este hotel.

El personal es muy atento, el establecimiento y la ubicación son verdaderamente excelente. La limpieza fue excelente, el único fallo que tiene es la calidad de las camas, en lo personal fue difícil descansar en sus camas, pero fuera de eso en general estuvo bien

Muy mala experiencia, el personal si muy amable y todo, pero la habitación que es lo importante con alfombra muy vieja, la mesita de noche muy empolvada, el baño despedía olor a caño, ademas aún estaba el jabón que usó el huésped anterior. Asco total
