I was staying here for work for a few nights and it was pleasant. I found it to be quite and easy to walk across the street to the brewery for a beer. The amenities are pretty standard, nothing to write home about there, but they were clean and easy to use. The location is relatively easy to get to and is where you can base your western MA operation around to Lee, Lenox, Dalton etc. Overall, I would stay here again for work and even for personal trips.

Front desk was easy check in & great with directions to Mt. Greylock. They upgraded us to a 2 queen room with couch & chair. The room was really large & had a refrigerator & microwave. It was extremely clean & had a great bathroom & walk in shower. Loads of charging plugs. Did not have a restaurant for nite meals but did have breakfast meals which we did not use. Can’t say enough about this hotel & would certainly recommend it.

Have stayed here a few times and seriously unimpressed. As frequent visitors of Marriots across the country due to traveling for work as well as for family trips, we strongly felt that this particular location doesn’t hold up to others for us. 1. Management was fairly rude at check in. 2. Pool was closed for our most recent stay, which is understandable however we werent informed upon check in so when I went to take my toddler to the pool (kind of the whole point of a hotel stay during school vacation week I might add) he was totally heartbroken when we found the pool to be closed. 3. The rooms are HOT and stuffy!!! And we have no control of the thermostat. We called to ask if the system could be adjusted for us and the management was once again a nightmare to talk to and reluctantly agreed to change the temp in our room, but the room temp stayed the same so we felt completely lied to. She also claimed it was a “Marriot thing”, told us if we didnt move around so much (it was 7pm) that it will auto shut off if it doesn’t sense movement in the room, etc. This is not an experience we’ve ever dealt with at any other Marriot, so definitely not a “Marriot thing”. 4. The cashier at the breakfast cafe was rude, didn’t listen to his customers orders and did not apologize for his mistakes and the prices were outrageous. 5. Lobby area is nice, but the rooms are nothing special and feel outdated.

This is not a Marriott but rather a Courtyard by Marriott. It is equivalent to a Holiday Inn. The rooms were clean but we did not have a visit from housekeeping even though we stayed 2 nights. The toiletries in the bathroom consisted of a small bar of soap which was disappointing because even at Holiday Inn we got a make up remover and a bar of soap for the shower and the sink. All in all it was a nice stay and in the area it is elevated from Hampton Inn etc. We had asked for a top floor room but they were filled and unfortunately as I was afraid of there were kids running around above our heads all night.

Well where do we start. Pillows like bricks, then after a very tiring trip settled down for a good sleep. That didn't happen. It sounded like the room above our room was moving furniture , and also vibrations from another room. Glad it was only one night!

Pleasant hotel for Berkshires visit. Hotel provides maid service (light cleaning) every other day. Conveniently located near hiking, and across the street from a Tesla charging station. No free breakfast without significant status with Marriott. Some hot food for sale. Adequate gym and small indoor pool. Fire pit out back.

After a long day of touring, we arrived back at the hotel to find our wet towels still in the shower, the trash cans still full and the beds unmade. When we called the front desk, the attendant said, "If you wanted your room serviced, you had to request it." Seriously? I understand the reluctance to enter rooms during the pandemic, but it's been declared officially over now so there's no excuse for this laziness and lack of service that a quality hotel should offer. We stayed in 5 other Courtyards by Marriott during our vacation this month and this one in Lenox was the ONLY one with this every-other-day cleaning policy. They are using the pandemic - which is over - to be extremely lazy. Another problem we had was that, when we arrived, I told the woman at the front desk to put us near the elevator because it's uncomfortable for me to do a lot of walking and I didn’t want to be at the end of the hallway. But when we got off the elevator on our floor, I realize she had put us in the very LAST room at the far end of the hall. That was the opposite of what I requested. When I mentioned it to her on our way back out, did she offer to move us to another room? Nope. She said she'd only worked there two weeks and didn't know which rooms were near the elevator. Here’s one more warning. If you plan to use the hotel shower products, be sure to see if you can distinguish which one is the shampoo and the body lotion, body wash and conditioner, before you get in the shower. These bottles are in pale green and of course the brand-name is in big letters that are easy to see. But what is actually inside the bottles is written in very small light green letters which makes if very hard to see - especially when the water is running and you’re not wearing your glasses. We've seen this in every Courtyard during the past year. Whoever bought these products were very inconsiderate. Other than these three big cons, the hotel was fine.

Excellent customer service and the check in agent (Gurnam) went above and beyond for us. Highly recommend! I’m happy we chose to stay here because we were well taken care of. Xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxo just filling in the required characters.

I was very happy to find this hotel in the Berkshires. It's a great alternative to inn/B&B's and to the lower-end motels. All the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean especially for the price. The location is convenient to everything. It's great to have Starbucks coffees! The restaurant menu is somewhat limited, but what we had was pretty good (quesadillas, burgers, salads).
