The Courtyard in Lenox is a lovely hotel with lots of amenities. Driving up to the hotel is amazing in the winter with its unique look. Inside is equally as beautiful, with modern touches in the bar/breakfast area. The front desk staff was polite and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in was a simple, straightforward process, and we were given complimentary water for our room. We did buy a few things from the hotel store downstairs - it was reasonably priced. The store has a good selection of alcohol, snacks, small microwaveable meals, and beauty necessities. Our room was immaculately clean, and we loved the extra touches, such as the pull-out bed and mirrors. The bed was a dream - with fluffy pillows and a firm mattress. Unfortunately, we did not get to visit the hot tub and pool this time, but we will on our next visit to the Berkshires. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and will return.

I was staying for a business trip during school vacation and without asking they moved my room further up and away from the skiers that were arriving. My room was clean and comfortable. The room faced the back mountain but honestly it didn't matter, I was there to rest. They provided a wonderful list of activities and restaurants to guide me on my way as they did not have a dinner option. The lobby bistro was a welcomed sight in the morning. I did love the curved sofa in the room - it was perfect for finishing my paperwork at night. Quite, clean and pleasant staff = a great stay.
