We booked this trip a year ago, bucket list. Due to fly out next week and an email today said they can't fulfil their contract, which we have paid for up front. We booked 2 bedrooms and a balcony, we have been offered a 1 bedroom plus sofa bed no balcony.

Very nice antique furnished hotel room, the beauty of simplicity 👌, very good service both at the reception and in the restaurant, friendly staff, multilingual was super, well located

Nobody on site. The two employees we met by chance could not speak German and had no idea, they said so directly. No one could tell us what time breakfast is. We then informed ourselves on the homepage, there it was from 07.00h. We were there at 07:15 because we still had appointments and there was no breakfast. An unmotivated, unfriendly employee then informed us in English that breakfast was probably only available from 08:00, but he didn't know either. We had to leave WITHOUT breakfast. However, we were charged the full amount. We couldn't pay at the hotel either, nobody was ever there. The amount was simply debited from the credit card. We then contacted the hotel by email, even after 5 days we still have not received an answer. We are very dissatisfied!
