This hotel doesn't deserve to get the 4 stars hotel title in my opinion. The AC and the Water Heater doesn't work as well. The room and the toilet smell like a ****!

Lighting was very bad especially in the bathroom. Cannot see very well with those lighting. There were also unpleasant smell of mold in the room. But breakfast was good and receptionist also very kind and helpful

The hotel has a good mountain view. Service was good. The room was clean and spacious. I didn't see many people in the restaurant. But the good was quite good. They have pool at the ground floor. The breakfast hall at the top building so You can see the mountain view with the mountain wind too. There are many area for photo upstair.

The first experience staying at Novena Hotel was super fun and made me want to stay there and not want to go home.
In the room there are:
- Spacious room
- Cold AC
- Soft mattress
- Wardrobe / drawer
- Mineral water, electric kettle + tea / coffee / sugar
- 2 pairs of sandals
- There is soap / shampoo
- Hot water is very good (it's a shame the shower head is attached to the wall so I'm not satisfied with the direction of the shower)
- The price includes a minimalist but satisfying breakfast
- There is a swimming pool (booking on weekdays feels like a private swimming pool)
- Spacious vehicle parking
- Friendly and helpful hotel staff
- Easy and fast check in / out (cash deposit 100 thousand)
