KKaryn SiewThis boutique hotel presents an amazing surprise in the depths of the Miao Village.
The rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art Smart Home systems. For example, one could control the curtains and lighting with verbal commands—in mandarin.
There was a slide and ball pit in our room, which was a bonus.
The bathtub is one of the largest offerings we have encountered and come with a herbal bath services that is included with the booking fee.
Whilst the hotel doesn’t have round-the-clock room service, one could ask the front desk for help with food orders by means of a local food delivery app. Our McDonalds order arrived within half an hour.
The hotel provides Miao traditional clothes for guests to wear and take photos, free of charge.
Last but not least, the hotel rooms provide a beautiful and unblocked view of the Miao village and the mountainous terrain.
The hotel crew that we met were extremely helpful, and would help provide additional lighting for night photo shoots, carry your bags, and also bring food to your room. Xiao Ning, Xiao Hai and Xiao Kai were really wonderful hotel staff who went the extra mile to make our stay most comfortable and memorable. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

GGuest UserXijiang is undergoing major construction phase. Access from the viewing deck to the hotel is a tiny horrendous narrow steep dirt alley with physical encounter with ponies used for hauling building materials. A new hotel is under construction right next door and screeching of drills and banging of hammer started promptly at 7am. White painted room decorated by light colour elegant furniture provide a lively zen ambiance. Uneven surfaces at the entrance, breakfast bench and parts of the room resulted in a few trips and stumble. Modern and top grade amenities, toilet suites and voice activated commands took a little use to but very convenient. Breakfast was a choice between boiled rice noodle or spaghetti with a heart shaped froed egg in the bowl and another hard boiled on the serving tray. Tit bits and free beer prepaed for afternoon tea was extended to mid night cap. Appreciated most of all were the free porterage of our luggage through the steep alleys of the famous hillsides to and from our room.

GGuest UserLocation: The hotel is very close to the No. 1 Fengyu Bridge by car. From the north gate, the bus is transferred to the shuttle bus. There is a little brother to pick it up at the station. You don't have to take a step with your luggage. It can be said that it is a great location to live in Miao Village.
Environment: The homestay is in the middle of the mountain, a minute or two away, a treasure place for the crowd. However, do not delay the beautiful scenery outside the window! It is definitely a surprise harvest of this Miao Village trip! ! In the afternoon, listen to songs in the room and enjoy the scenery, away from the noisy crowds in the ancient street, relax physically and mentally 😎
Service: The boss and the little brother are very enthusiastic, and they will come to rescue when they are trapped outside when it rains. The beef noodles cooked by the aunt in the morning are also very fragrant, so you don't have to step outside to step on thunder.
Hygiene: Newly opened hotel, very clean, smart whole house 👍

GGuest UserBefore leaving for Qianhu Miao Village, we compared many B&B hotels on Ctrip and finally chose the Jiangxin Yizhai with a better view. We were not disappointed after arriving. The view in the room was particularly beautiful. Everyone who received us at the hotel was very enthusiastic and we were very happy to stay here. We decided to stay one more day and took photos of the sunrise, night view, terraced fields and sea of clouds after rain. It was worth the trip!

MM332251****The room was nice and clean. The small balcony was very chill. I really liked the hotel's housekeeper. He was very nice. I deducted 0.5 points for the Qianhu Miao Village scenic area. It was too commercialized and there was nothing special about it. If you are interested, you can go hiking to the Miao King's house. The picture shows a mouthful of rice wine I asked for from the local villagers. It was very strong.

GGuest UserI stayed for 3 nights in the Xijiang Miao Village and I'm very glad I chose this place as my accommodation. On arrival the boss gives a very comprehensive overview of the village and its attractions and encourages you to contact her via WeChat with any queries! The husband also recommended a nearby hot pot restaurant for dinner where I met a brother and sister from Chongqing, which led to a drunken night of spicy food, karaoke, and me wandering through the village without shoes or a shirt 😂 - 10/10 dinner recommendation!
The room was spacious, tidy and had all of the necessary features of a hotel room. It has a very nice family feel, and I often would see the owners' family enjoying dinner or playing with their children which creates a very calm and safe atmosphere! Water is provided (not every hotel does this!) and they are also happy to offer some of their delicious rice wine :)
The night before I left, I asked for information on bus tickets to Kaili and the husband even booked it on my behalf, so helpful! I highly recommend this accommodation to anybody staying in the village.

KKelezhuyumiI took my elders to travel to Qianhu Miao Village and chose this hotel through Ctrip. I was very satisfied with the accommodation. The experience evaluation is as follows:
Location: It is about a 10-minute walk from the tourist service center. You can drive to the door of the store by yourself, eliminating the need to carry luggage (elderly people are especially recommended to stay outside the scenic area)
Environment: The hotel lobby is simply an observation deck, and the surrounding dining facilities are complete.
Facilities: The decoration style is simple and elegant, the guest rooms are fully equipped, and are also equipped with Xiaodu intelligence.
Sanitation: Very good, no dead corners!
Service: The boss and the boss lady are warm and thoughtful, and they are responsive!
Overall evaluation: High cost performance, especially recommended for tourists with elders, eliminating the trouble of luggage!

The first time I came to Qianhu Miao Village, I stayed at this Life Treasure B&B. After entering Miao Village, you can take the shuttle bus directly to the entrance of the B&B. The location is very close to the observation deck and far from the pedestrian street, but there is also a shuttle bus. , very convenient.
There are two large beds for the two of us! It is enough to sleep four people! This way, the average cost per person is just over 100, and there are beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows that can see the scenery of the entire Miao Village from a distance, which is really artistic.
Afternoon tea is also provided in the afternoon, with desserts, drinks, and fruits, and the presentation is exquisite. You can sit by the window for breakfast, and the window can be opened. It is so pleasant to eat a rich breakfast, look at the scenery of the Miao Village, and breathe the fresh air of the mountains!
The whole house is smart, and the curtains, lights, and air conditioners can be controlled by voice. I like the fact that there are two sinks. It is very convenient to put on makeup and other things with my sisters. I also like the oversized projection screen. It’s so comfortable to lie on the bed at night and watch the night view of Qianhu Miao Village! If you want to go to Qianhu Miao Village, you can really choose this hotel!

DDaniela KisiThe room is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The service was good. They replied to all my questions via WeChat every time I needed something.
The location, however, is not great. We knew that it was a bit removed and high, but we booked it anyway because it said it had a good view. This was not really the case. The view was to a mountain with a construction site on it, and you could barely see the town. The stairs up to the hotel are also very steep and with trash around it and not light up at all, so it was not great when you needed to do it at night in the dark.
The construction site is right next to the hotel, so we had loud construction noises every day since very early in the morning, waking us up, and even one night at 1.30 am there were some trucks parking some materials for 30 minutes.
So while the hotel and room itself are great, sadly, the location is not worth it.

TTey katelynI love the view of the hotel, although some of the furniture's are a little bit torn in the living room but the ones in the room are clean and tidy !
The owner has a really cute corgi, and he's very friendly in guiding us despite calling him multiple times a day to ask him for direction , bus transfer, and luggage transfer.
I would recommend not to bring too heavy items like I did because the route to the hotel is a bit far and difficult until the bus station.
It's a really chill hotel that's near another viewing point for the paddy field . The design is good too!
Thanks to the kitchen , I managed to cook my own supper, and there's a convenience store right outside the hotel too.
