挺好的，全屋智能，環境衞生，離觀景台不遠。工作人員認真負責，十分熱情，會接送上下階梯，檸檬水每天現做，晚上會有甜湯，早上牛肉米線也很爽口不膩。陽台的視野也比較好，天台能看到整個苗寨，位置也不錯。

整個苗寨中讓我最驚喜的就是鸞喜了，酒店相當有格調，環境安靜，從房間望出去整個苗寨的一覽無遺，和外面熙熙攘攘的鬧市中彷彿完全隔離開了。酒店服務超貼心，特別是管家小秦，真的很棒！我們從入住到離店都被細心照顧，早餐豐富美味，還有下午茶和夜宵，夜幕降臨，坐在陽台的沙發上，看燈火闌珊，這一刻醉了！

真的很不錯，管家小夥子給拿的行李，走的時候還送的我們，有什麼事情諮詢還特別耐心的給我們講解遊玩路線，房間設計感很強。特別喜歡。但是我想批評你們家的做飯阿姨，我之前説要兩份，後來突然又加一份，我就聽見阿姨在那抱怨來抱怨去的，要是沖阿姨我肯定給最低分，但是看管家小夥子真心不錯就不和阿姨計較了。希望你們老闆把阿姨的素質提高提高。不然很影響你們酒店整體形象
