Leishan Wanqingsuji B&B

Wudong Miao Village Wudong means "village in the middle of water" in the Miao language. Three streams flow through the village. There's little commercial activity. It's so quiet you can hear the gurgling of water everywhere. Over 100 indigenous families live in the village. The 200-year-old water research center is still in operation. The village isn't large, and a tour might only take an hour. But we stayed there for two days. If the food hadn't been so bad, we probably wouldn't have left [facepalm]. P.S.: The breakfast at Leishan Wanqing Suji consists of only noodles, pasta, and frozen dumplings. It's bland, and the room door wouldn't open, requiring the customer service lady to make two trips. Since it's a single-family stilt house, I'll let it slide.

The loft was so large that I was a little nervous about living there alone. My parents had a king-size bed. The room was very clean. Breakfast options included noodles, rice noodles, fried dumplings, and boiled dumplings. The housekeeper carried our luggage after we checked in, which was nice. Wudong is a small, quiet village. During the two days I was there, I didn't see many locals, just a few tourists. It's a relatively small tourist attraction. I hope the owner's local business continues to thrive.

The price of booking half a month ago was nearly 100 yuan more expensive than the price on the day. There was no wifi, the bathroom was poorly set up and a little dirty, the bath towels were disposable and not easy to use, and the door was a sheep pen. But Wudong Village is beautiful and worth a visit. There are many homestays in it, and there are many vacancies on holidays. Several restaurants in the village are delicious, and the restaurant owners are enthusiastic and it is more convenient to live upstairs in the hotel.

The room was spacious and in very good condition. The only drawback was that the village was located on a hillside and there were no paved roads, so it took some effort to carry the luggage. The breakfast was relatively simple in variety.

I decided to come here on the spur of the moment because there were too many people in Qianhu Miao Village, but it exceeded my expectations! If you have enough time, you can stay here for a long time, even for a few days. The pace of life is very slow, the room is very comfortable and the view is open. There is a small stream downstairs, and the owner is also very nice.

民宿接待處就在寨子口的停車場那，但實際房間還在很裏面，如果拖着行李箱會很不方便。房間的位置離小溪非常近，門口的風景很不錯，每天聽着溪水入眠，孩子玩水很方便。房子空間挺大，但是房間內沒有冰箱，我們住的房間衞生間都在樓上，樓下客廳那麼大，連一個洗手枱都沒有，着實很不方便。
