Wir waren noch nicht in diesem Hotel, hatten es aber frühzeitig mit unseren Eintrittskarten für das Peter Maffay-konzert zu einem doch günstigen Preis gebucht. Jetzt bekamen wir trotz der am Anfang bekommenen Buchungsbestätigung von Seiten des Hotels, ohne Angabe von Gründen eine Absage. Es ist anzunehmen, das zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung die Preise doch noch sehr günstig waren, und jetzt das Hotel die Preise deutlich angezogen hat. Das empfinden wir als eine bodenlose Frechheit.

The staff forced us to pay for 5 breakfasts extra when only 3 people ate, the manager turned extremely rude as we were actually asking to book an extra room dans I had to insist to get a invoice, they also made us to pay for 2 extra local tax (compared to the number of people actually sleeping there), which is very expansive compared to most other European countries, since it is 5% of the room price. Some of he floor agents have been absolutely wonderful and nice, some were acting as if it was annoying for them to say hello, or talk to us and be diligent. We were 5 people staying a full week for a professional trip, which was quite expansive, and were treated like we were not welcomed. Unbelievable.

posizione perfetta per visitare il centro di Lipsia, stanza minimal senza phon e frigo ma per il prezzo pagato il rapporto con la qualità è perfetto - l'aera comune per l'eventuale colazione molto bella e colorata

Ein Ibis budget eben, die Zimmer sind ja überall gleich. Es ist okay für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Die Lage macht's. Am Bahnhof und trotzdem war es in meinem Zimmer sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück ist gut für die Preisklasse des Hotels. Die Rezeption ist derzeit nicht besetzt. Zum Einchecken oder bei Fragen muss man ins benachbarte Ibis gehen.

Ein billiges Hotel in absoluter zentraler Lage. Zimmer sind sauber, Personal freundlich, Preis ok. Erwarten darf man auch nicht mehr, ist ja auch kein Luxushotel. Mehr Hostelcharakter, so ist es aber auch angelegt. Wenn man müde ist und ein Bett braucht, reicht es.

Keine vernünftige Einrichtung um Sachen unterzubringen. Ausfluss des Waschbeckens stank, Klimaanlage so laut, dass Schlafen stark beeinträchtigt war. Ließ sich nicht abstellen. Fön, überall Standard, musste man sich auf Kaution ausliehen. Größe des Frühstücksraums entsprach nicht im mindesten der Anzahl der Hotelzimmer. Tische teilweise viel zu klein. Der Gang zwischen den Tischen ist viel zu eng. Es bildeten sich eine lange Schlange zum Frühstücksbuffet, welche die frühstückenden Gäste beengte und störte (schlimmer als auf dem Leipziger Hauptbahnhof). Auf die Kritik, die beim Auschecken gegeben wurde, wurde von Seiten der Mitarbeiterin gleichgültig und desinteressiert reagiert.Man kam sich als Gast nicht ernstgenommen und unwillkommen vor. Auch ein Budget-Hotel muss nicht so schlecht sein.

Wer nur einen kurzen Städtetrip ohne besondere Ansprüche an ein ein Hotel hat, ist hier richtig. Minimalistische Ausstattung in kleinem Zimmer. Waschbecken direkt neben dem Bett. Da aber die Badniesche eine Schwenktür hat, kann man sich dahinter ungesehen waschen. Positiv: Toilette in extra Raum. Negativ: Klimaanlage ohne Funktion und das Fenster geht nur auf Kippstellung. Die beiden Fahrstühle haben eine Besonderheit. Der rechte geht nur bis zum Erdgeschoss. Wer in die Tiefgarage möchte , muß den linken Fahrstuhl benutzen oder im EG umsteigen. War wohl baulich die billigste Lösung. Parkplatzticket an der Rezeption rabattieren lassen. Frühstück eintönig , reicht aber zum satt werden. Personal seht freundlich.

Wij verbleven een nacht in Leipzig ibis budget. De kamer was niet brand schoon hier en daar wat stof en spletters op de spiegel. We verbleven in een drie persoonskamer met een hoogslaper maar die hoogslaper was een beetje te klein voor iemand van 1m 70. Matrassen zijn aan vervanging toe. Het ontbijt was beperkt maar het werd steeds aangevuld door medewerkers. We misten wat roerei en spek, fruit en een croissant. Ontbijtbuffet op de site komt niet overeen met dit buffet. De medewerkers aan de receptie zijn vriendelijk en kunnen goed engels. Pluim voor het personeel. Ze waren vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
