Terrible service. I cannot recommend this hotel. The amateurism of the staff is such that any description is an understatement. It was hell and a very bad decision to book a room there.

The hotel is not open 24 hours a day. Reception is only open until 11:30 p.m., which was not stated when booking. The amateurism of the employee who I called at 1 a.m. to get my room was beyond compare. An unfriendly person who did not want to find my booking. Over an hour of unbearable discussions. She hardly spoke any German and said that I should learn English. The national language in Germany is GERMAN and I speak the national language in my country!!! In the end, I was not supposed to get the room I had paid for. Then they wanted to charge me twice for the room. I had already gone to another hotel because of the long wait when the lady from the hotel called me to say that she had found my booking after over an hour. She wanted to give me the room if I paid twice. I called the police because I do not accept such criminal acts. The employee said that I did not have to pay twice after all so that the police would not come to the hotel. The door to the hotel was opened for me and a new employee asked me to pay again, even though the room had already been paid for. She complained and I threatened to call the police again and file a complaint. After a long discussion I finally got my room. It was hell because the hotel was very loud because of other guests. The stay was from 11/4/23 to 11/5/23.
