Was stranded at the door step and was unable to get into. Ring up the given number and there's no one picking up.
A kind soul, happen to be unit neighbour helps us out. Manage to contact them and realise that they DIDN'T email us the necessary documents and password inorder to gain access into the unit.
Imagine what what if this happened on a late night. Very nervous and bad experience despite all the pros about this unit.

Für unsere Aufenthalt in Leipzig die perfekte Unterkunft.
Bahnhof und Zoo sehr schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Sehr sauber und mit liebe eingerichtet, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Unser Appartment mit 2 Schlafzimmer, voll ausgestatteter Küche und Bad war eine renovierte Altbau-Wohnung im dritten Stock. Gepäck muss erst mal durch das alte knarzige Treppenhaus hochgeschleppt werden. Zimmer und Einrichtung waren ok, da Altbau Mangel an Steckdosen, Boden uneben und knarzig. Sauberkeit ok, wenn man den Blick unter die Betten (BoxSpring Matratzen) vermeidet, wo sich eine mehrere Zentimeter starke Schicht von Wollmäusen angesammelt hatte. Fazit: dank recht gutem PLV ok

Die Wohnung war schön. Allerdings waren die Matratzen vollkommen durchgelegen. Auch war es durch die Straßenbahn, die vor dem Haus fuhr sehr laut.

The location is very good for exploring the city. If you don't mind the tram, it's OK. However, it's bright as day at night because the street light is right outside the window and there are no blinds!!! The mattress toppers on the bed were so pilled that it was disgusting and uncomfortable. What a shame!!!! You could do more with the big room...
