via hun eigen website geboekt, bij van der Valk Leiden "exculsief," we wisten niet dat idd. alles exclusief was dus exclusief kamer schoonmaak, exclusief zuivere handdoeken exclusief wc papier enzovoort. bovenstaande goederen waren wel af te halen bij de receptie maar toch, nu bleek achteraf dat dit een speciaal "green arrangement" te zijn, je verwacht t niet en hoort zeker niet bij een 4 sterren hotel en zeker als je geen handdoek wissel krijgt voor een 4 daags arrangement. dus van der valk exclusief hoeft voor ons zeker niet meer. wrang is bovendien dat als je achteraf de moeite neemt om een enquete formulier invult met overwegende ( wellis waar negatieve ) punten er geen contact word opgenomen om van hun eigen fouten te leren.

Het eten is absurd duur. Tomatensoep € 11,50 Uiensoep € 12,50 Fles mineraal water 5,- Hamburger met beetje patat € 21,50 Als je dan met 2 personen bent dan mag je € 72,- afrekenen. Het eten was best voldoende en de bediening ook maar je voelt je afgezet als je moet afrekenen.

2e kerstdagen op uitnodiging van vrienden gaan brunchen. Kosten 59 euro per persoon, maar wat wqs het eten slecht. Weinig keuze, niks luxe, drank moest je nog extra betalen. Als je bijvoorbeeld al een stukje sushi kon bemachtigen dan viel deze van droogheid uit elkaar. Nooit meer.

Hebben een lunch buffet geserveerd voor de prijs van 24,50 euro pp. Het buffet was de prijs totaal niet waard. Het aanbod van het eten was totaal niet in verhouding. Zeer weinig variatie vergeleken bij andere van der Valk restaurants. Jammer.

Badkamer was slecht schoongemaakt. Bedden en kussens te zacht, we zakte er helemaal in weg. Heb er rug en nekklachten van overgehouden. Ontbijt was wel goed en service was redelijk.

El hotel esta bonito y bien ubicado la habitación perfecta y limpia, lo malo de este hotel es el personal, la chica de la recepción poco amable, te sientes hasta incomodo porque te da la impresión que le molesta atenderte y la mujer de la réception del restaurante para el desayuno súper desagradable y majadera, no te explica nada del desayuno, ni te asigna mesa ni nada y cuando fuimos a servirnos había cubiertos de un lado y del otro y se puso como loca cuando tome unos cubiertos y una servilleta de tela me grito delante de todo el mundo que esos no eran para el buffet, estaba completamente fuera de si, parecía loca gritando, le respondí que no estaba escrito en ningún lugar que no podía tomarlos y que nadie me había explicado que para nosotros eran servilletas de papel y no las de tela que estaban a un lado. Necesita relajarse esa pobre mujer.
