The hotel is clean and the room is of a good size. The front desk clerk initially thought that I had not paid, but I booked the room through trip and had already paid, and it was Guarantee Non Refund when I booked the room. I explained to the front desk and they tried their best to find it. I also contacted the trip CS to help call the front desk to confirm. Both services were good and the problem was solved quickly.

Beautiful hotel and made a trip to Leicester Tigers feel like it was corporate hospitality. Parking was not guaranteed so you need to pre-book or accept parking in LRI which is cheaper and opposite but less secure.
Electric car charging facility is great, but couldn’t get it to work for me.

The hotel looks very modern, the rooms are large, and the facilities are complete, but the details are really bad. The bed sheets seem to have not been changed, the shower room leaks a lot, the cup coasters get damp and are used repeatedly, the hotel parking lot requires reservations, I didn't pay attention, and I drove directly there even though there were many empty parking spaces, but I couldn't park. I could only go to the nearest public parking lot, which is a 15-minute walk away. This experience is quite bad

We love this hotel! The bar and restaurant are both excellent. The breakfast is really good and the rooms are unusual in their layout. Great for attending gigs at De Montfort Hall as its only a 20 minute walk there, or a 5 min drive!
