Voco was great, rooms were very clean and well equipped.
The service was great, everyone was pleasant and welcoming.
The buffet breakfast was delicious with plenty options.
Only downside was that the glasses were cloudy, and when wiped, a brown residue came off on the napkin. Also, the bacon rashers were way too salty, but that's just a small detail.
I will definitely be back

This hotel is a stopover hotel when you come out of the lake area. It has an industrial style design and many rooms on one floor. The facilities are new, the rooms are relatively large, the sound insulation is good, and the electric towel rail can be used to dry clothes

Very nice hotel with fairly good location. Excellent if you're attending the rugby which is directly opposite the hotel. Nice soft, comfortable bed with great pillows. Excellent bathroom with shower and nice toiletries. Nice park opposite for a walk.
Hotel has a good restaurant and an excellent selection for breakfast. Used Uber for trips to and from the city centre / station. Highly recommended.

The overall experience at this hotel was great! First of all, the room is clean and tidy, warmly decorated, and the bed is extremely comfortable, ensuring a good sleep quality. Secondly, the hotel's service is very attentive and the staff is very friendly and willing to help at any time. Whether it's the front desk or room service, the response is very prompt. The hotel's location is also very convenient. It is very close to the city center attractions and transportation hubs, making travel very convenient.
The only small drawback is that there are relatively few choices for breakfast. It would be better if there were more varieties. But overall, this hotel is very cost-effective. I am very satisfied and will definitely recommend it to friends and stay again!

A newly opened hotel this year. Only 10 minutes walk to the University of Leicester. Perfect experience. Comfortable bed, good soundproofing, breakfast buffet with English and French.
