Room, toilets and showers fine but I couldn't sleep due to the anti social people outside sat at a table and talking loudly and continually from 3am in the morning! It doesn't matter if 'it's my house', any noise travels at night and I just could not sleep. I will not go through that again and will investigate making a noise nuisance complaint with the Council. Utter ******.

I owns a different businessess.
I also own a hotel and restaurants in Derby and wanted to stay near to Saxby street due to business and atlast moment I had to book a hotel just to sleep.
Will not come back.
