When we entered the hotel it instantly rang alarm bells! The reception is essentially in a spare room and the man was very unprofessional. We went to the room and it absolutely stank of ****, the wardrobe had collapsed and the apartment I had selected online looked nothing like the one we got! Along with the stench of **** there were iron marks on the carpet, the pillows were disgusting, the wardrobe was broken, there were dirty towels inside it and rubbish down the side of things. After all of this, leaving the room quite frankly better than we found it, they have not returned my £100 deposit and are ignoring all of my emails. They said it would returned on check out, it is now nearly a week later and they have still got my money! I have rang the number and they are also ignoring that too… absolute scam!!!

We had to wait outside in the rain for about 10 minutes for someone to come and let us in. We arrived quite late at night but once in we had to wait again for the room to be prepared.
They did move me down to a ground floor room but a couple of hours after going to sleep someone used a key and entered our room. They left pretty quickly but Needless to say we did not sleep well.

Please avoid the place they are fraudulent I made a booking using ******* costing £ 50 and paid in advance when I got there they wanted me to pay £150, I was informed about this on the confirmation and the booking , I explained that I didn’t have that amount on me they refused me to check in and said I wouldn’t get a refund on the advance payment the is a big fraud please didn’t book this please

I stayed for 2 nights with my son and it was lovely. The only down side was the water pressure in the shower but otherwise fine.

Bed broken and the wardrobe fell on my son the first day there and that he was scared he got a mark on him but it was nice and clean and me and my kids love it

I regret I didn't do more research and reviewed users feedback about this aparthotel. This aparthotel is a scam, they put good pictures on *********** to let attract you to book then you are there and face your fate, the worst ever. and If you want to complain for them, just wait to argue with the most horrible person on earth "Khadija", even you have been fooled by them and wait for all horrible words from her mouth. Fraudulent place with horrible receptionist.

We booked 2 nights but as soon as we entered the room i wanted to leave and never come back. All place is very dirty and that smell of dust everywhere. Reception was fine but other guests so dodgy what made me feel not safe there at all! Room was very smelly, sofa bed was very dirty and i had to sleep there with my little one and early morning we just left. Horrible noisy night. Pictures dont show the truth. Please avoid this place!!
