Excellent staff Michelle and Louise checked me in smoothly gave directions where to park gave extra pillows had a lovely pizza would come again

I recently stayed at Travelodge Leicester Central and was very disappointed with the condition of the room and facilities. This was far below the standard I expected from a national hotel chain. Here are the main issues I experienced: The soap dispenser above the bathtub contained a strange brown liquid and looked unhygienic. The bathtub had no plug, making it impossible to take a bath. The wardrobe was damaged, with a loose panel hanging off. General cleanliness left a lot to be desired, with visible dust on the fan and other areas. These are not minor issues – they point to poor maintenance and a lack of proper housekeeping checks. I raised my concerns with Travelodge customer service after my stay. While they responded promptly, the offer of a free breakfast or early/late check-in on a future stay feels inadequate given the condition of this room. I would strongly suggest management reviews their maintenance and cleaning processes, as this is not the level of quality or care guests expect when booking with Travelodge.

Michelle and Louise was absolutely lovely they was very welcoming and kind me and my partner , unlike other members of staff there .the both of them was very professional and made us feel very comfortable and welcome ❤️lovely friendly people

Came to stay at the hotel and was met by Michelle and Abdulla they was so helpful checking me in smiling and asked if ide like to add on breakfast Michelle was so helpful with carpark what a asset to the company thank you will definitely come stay again
