One nights disappointing stay. This hotel had people constantly hanging around in the reception area. It made us feel uncomfortable. It appeared to us that the standard of cleanliness and maintenance was definitely not up to usual Travelodge standards. The bar and breakfast areas were completely uninviting. We will not be returning and would not recommend this hotel.

One nights disappointing stay. This hotel appears to be used for emergency housing with people constantly hanging around in the reception area. It made us feel uncomfortable. It appeared to us that the standard of cleanliness and maintenance was definitely not up to usual Travelodge standards. The bar and breakfast areas were completely uninviting. We will not be returning and would not recommend this hotel.

Room fine, comfortable and quiet. Had breakfast here but area taken up by a surprisingly large number of Council/Government paid for people staying/living here who tend to be the majority of the clients especially at breakfast. Breakfast area could be cleaner.

I had a lovely experience the staff at this hotel especially Michelle and Karishma. They were really nice and wonderful, they guided me through the hotel and were really helpful by suggesting me nice places around the town. And had an amazing night with my mates!!

Absolutely brilliant place all the staff are friendly Michelle and karisma are more than happy to help anytime. Would 100 percent stay there again as it was clean friendly and just all round great thanks to everyone who works there ill look forward to my next stay 👌

Karishma and Michelle were lovely and welcoming, made our trip fantastic, will come back just to see them! Had a pleasant conversation with them and directed us with the hotel and the car park. The service was better and stay was fantastic!!! :)

I lived in the Travelodge Leicester Central for 3 months. I have been so impressed by the staff, Louise, Brett, Connor, Michelle, Karishma , Dylan and others, who work very well as a team, dealing with people who demonstrate challenging behaviours, and treating them with dignity, respect and compassion. They are a credit to Travelodge Hotels.

Great stay, was really convenient to what we needed in Leicester. Really looked after by Karishma and Michelle. They made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Definitely went above and beyond. Would highly recommend staying here if you need to stay in Leicester

Quite frankly the noise from both inside the hotel, banging of feet and walls from be above floor was unbelievable, I just wish I’d have said something at the time, thing is it could have been any room, not good enough, also the fact even though the window was shut you could still hear every noise outside, not good enough! Won’t be staying here again!
