The room is well-equipped, clean and comfortable. It is in the city center, a 5-minute walk to the train station, and within walking distance of most attractions. There are supermarkets such as Aldi and Lidl nearby, making shopping convenient.

Close to train station. Wouldn’t let me check in 30min early unless I paid £20 🤦🏾♀️🤣. Was clean and friendly staff.

This is a wonderful hotel, the staff were wonderful and treated us so nice. Always willing to assists in anyway they can to make our stay beautiful. We will certainly go back anything we are to visit leicester. We spent more than two weeks in the hotel and would like to use this opportunity to thank the following staff Korishma, Anita, Claire, Ana, Patrick and Viktoriya thank you for my our staff beautiful. We will definitely recommend the hotel to our friends and family

Good location short walk to the city center and train station, good breakfast, friendly staff no complaints, parking okay only 16 spaces but we had no problem. Would recommend for a city break........................................

Me and my mrs have stayed here and the hotel itself is lovely with staff being fantastic as well, especially Amit he goes above and beyond for customer experience. Fabulous service guys would recommend this hotel as it’s got great service and goes above and beyond.
