Dreadful. Not as marketed. Room smelt of cigarette smoke, was offered an alternative that stunk of bleach so much that was obviously covering up another smell. Left after 40 minutes. Was refunded first nights stay and refunded deposit immediately and offered a free night in the future - kind gesture but didn’t feel safe or secure in the 40 mins I spent booking other accommodation in the cigarette stenched room. Staff polite and respectful but accommodation truly terrible.

The apartment room was conducive and adequate for temporary stay. The availability of utensils made it easy to prepare meals in the apartment.

Dirty side tables. Said cap parking on site but then realised its 12 pound on top to park there, people running about shouting all night so barely had any sleep.

The council put me in a temporary accommodation after looking at the reviews I didn’t even bother staying there I just checked in for a month but I don’t even stay a night what run down place filthy staff filthy lifts smells so bad that I nearly vomited wouldn’t even stay even if I was desperate I rather sleep on the bus shelters stay away from that place

Thirst experience! Rooms look nothing as advertised, the staff harass you and aren’t accommodating. If anything is broken in the room there’s no 24/7 maintenance . Don’t waste your time and listen to the negative reviews

The plumbing work was poor and the sink kept making loud noises all night.
The best sheets were dirty.
The window was broken and would not close and it was freezing cold.

Good location for walking around central Leicester. The proprietor was very pleasant and helpful. The apartment was clean with well equipped kitchen. Convenient for a two night stay. Utility rather than luxurious.

the walls were weaned and teared down.
theres kids playing phone games and yelling in the hallways, you can hear all the kids in the other apartments too
