What a bad experience. One thing which was stated was that there is no aircondition in “standard rooms” so we asked to upgrade it to deluxe room but there’s no available room and the only room that has aircondioning is the loft type room which is the expensive room that they have so we have no choice. We paid extra expecting we will get the best room but unfortunately we experienced the worst. No hot shower and no refrigerator. They didn’t even offer a solution for it. We had to ask for bucket and had to use the electric kettle to have hot bath. We arrived at the hotel early than the check-in time so we had to pay extra again for early check-in. The first day, elevator wasn’t working nor escalator knowing that the hotel is on the third floor so we had to use the stairs. For breakfast, there’s only two option hotdog and ham and same menu the next morning. And the worst of the worst part is we had to check-out by 12nn which is understandable because it’s stated that check-out is at 12nn but we asked if we can atleast stay in the room for 3 hours extra and we are willing to pay extra because our flight is at 5pm and we don’t wanna go out since i sprained my ankle and I can’t walk but they said we have to leave cuz there’s other people checking in so I said okay will check-out by 12nn. We were preparing to go out we’re just checking our stuff and it’s 12:02 but they keep calling the phone and it’s so annoying that they can’t even wait for 5mins to let us come down. Then when we surrendered our key card, we sat down at the lobby and wait for 2 hours because our airport transport is at 2pm. Lobby area is sooo damn hot. There’s no airconditioning. I was trying to take a nap cuz I have headache and my foot is in pain but it was so noisy and I think the front desk girl is not comfortable with us staying at the lobby so she keeps saying we can leave because the van is ready. We are so disappointed and annoyed with their service. We are trying to understand the situation but this is too much. You should update your system that this hotel doesn’t offer anything goof and all rooms doesn’t have hot shower or refrigerator. They don’t even offer solutions.

Worst hotel Bad from start it's part of a mall. It had broken lift to reception so had to use stairs. Breakfast was served on the cafe in the he main mall area no menu. Room had dirty towel. Also one of the rooms we got had no bottles of water. We had kettle cups no coffee or milk. We had ants in rooms. Shower in one was dirty and the doors were dirty. Stains on socket and mold. Chair material broken stuffing showed. Rooms for rent for 3 hours this shows by conditions.

Good accommodation The place is look like a ship, since it is near the sea I feel like I am sailing. The room I took is single and there is no window which I find peace and comfortable and soundproof. 🥰

Breakfast was restricted to egg and rice.aircon in room didnt work.

Clean and very accomodating.

Leaking air con that’s not even cold. Key card won’t open door. Elevator doesn’t function at all or only unreliably. Ants. Unwiped bedroom walls, gross. Can hear next room people. Hammers banging at 7 am. Can’t shower due to zero water pressure. The maintenance is putting in new flooring -great -but the fumes of the resin adhesive are nauseating. At first my stay was comedic but soon it became frustrating, annoying and just not worth the hassle. I need to mention that staff are friendly and seem to want to help but this hotel has so much disfunction that I can’t imagine it being a pleasure to work here with unhappy guests like me. I am not a complainer but come on - I’m talking basic requirements will satisfy me.
