The wifi is veryslow, the shower heater is not working yet, the TV is not functional yet Their front deskstaff are very rude and very crude with their choice of words and you can't talk to them properly. BEWARE of this hotel, it's just a waste of your money, don't stay here if you have plans. They also have one staff at the reception, the one with the bad attitude and bad looks

The room is too hot overnight, the water is dirty, smelly and salty..the staff does not care about the concern of the guest..it is annoying and ruining the vacation, fix your hotel and your staff.......!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!! In the other place, the sampaguita hotel is okay.

The place is near the main road but surprisingly not noisy. Big parking area, good lobby with a store. No elevator, so better take the lower floor if you are coming with the oldies. The staff were helpful though with taking our luggage to our room. Our room had a small balcony where you can just stand but faces Mt. Mayon. We were a bit skeptical as reservation is not confirmed straight away, We were told to call a day before to reconfirm. Overall we had a good stay.
