Stayed whilst doing a bit of a work in the area and had a wonderful time. Brilliant friendly hosts and clean spacious room ☺️ breakfast was absolutely delicious too! Would definitely recommend. - Also we stayed in the front room and wasn’t too loud at all! Thanks for a wonderful stay ❤️

Attending an event at Temple Newsome & found this place to be an excellent 'base'.
Place comfortable & clean. Breakfast nice & fresh & hosts very welcoming.
Pleasant canal walk nearby too if wanting to clear your head before your journey home

The hotel was conveniently placed for a function I was attending. I contacted the owner to discuss a slightly earlier check in..no problem at all.
On arrival we were greeted and made welcome by the owner. A spacious room with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was excellent. Top quality ingredients and all in all a great experience
