Should provide fresh bath towels everyday, even if room services not available daily.
Should refill shower/bath gel and shampoo daily.
No indication on how to operate the microwave and stove
Should provide a reasonable choice of sandwiches and fruits for breakfast.
The aged mattress has a dent.
Staff should be more friendly toward customers.
Would not return if situation not improved.

The room has a kitchen for cooking. It is very close to Leeds train station. There are Tesco, Marks & Spencer, and Coop next to it. It is very suitable for traveling and short stays.

The curtains smelled a bit; there was construction going on outside the window.
The front desk staff who checked in had a bad attitude (but seemed to be more enthusiastic towards European guests, and ignored us or even looked down on us because we were Asians).
The two front desk staff on duty at night were very enthusiastic.

But it is really not recommended. The room has a very strange smell...and is very old. There is no air conditioning, there is an electric heater.
