The check in was quick an wfficent the room was easy to find the room was lovely cozy very clean and warm with tea coffe facilities tv wifi it also to my surprise had a bath i was so excited could not wait to get in it as most hotel only have a shower it also had toiletries extra pillows and plenty of storage space we loved our stay here and we will be back

The room was lovely and comfortable- very clean. Callum who I believe was on reception couldn't do enough for my mum and myself. Excellent at his job. I would stay here again although it's very lively, so I wouldn't say it was a family stay. Thank you

Always stay here. Friendly helpful staff. Clean and welcoming. Perfect location. 20 minute walk into the city centre. Taxi order phone in reception, arrive in minutes. Delicious breakfast. Huge carpark, reasonable price. Special thanks to Lindsey who always looks after me.

A very strict policy of no early check in without a payment of an extra £15 caught us by surprise. I can understand this being enforced in very busy times, but there were few people there and the rooms were obviously ready as they were being offered if you paid, so an extra money making policy which was enforced right up till 3pm , resulting in a foyer full of disgruntled customers. Normally always make Premier Inn our first choice but not necessarily next time we travel.

Always excellent. A very clean hotel with friendly staff who go out of their way to be helpful and in a superb location. Secure car parking at a fair price. I have stayed here many times when in Leeds and would not dream of going anywhere else. Five stars every time.

Had a good sleep here but there rest was disappointing as this place just looks and feels so dated and grotty. It’s a short walk from Leeds centre, on a busy road route so expect some traffic noise. The restaurant next door has since closed down so it’s just the hotel, nothing much on the doorstep so take supplies if you need anything. The hotel past reception just feels so tired and ready for an overhaul. The room looked and felt budget like, definitely not one of the nicer premier inns. There are much nicer places to stay in Leeds. That said I did have a restful night. Won’t be back though.

I stay in a number of premier inns with work and the standard across the board has gone down. The staff are always friendly but it feels like they’ve been badly let down by cost cutting, everything is just a poorer, cheaper version of what it used to be. This one is worse because the TGI restaurant attached to it closed down and has not been replaced. Consequently this is little more than a place to sleep, and one that hasn’t seen a proper deep clean for years.

The whole stay at premier inn in Leeds (wellington street) was fantastic from start to finish, very friendly and helpful staff, great choice of breakfast every morning. The bed was very comfy and I had a good nights sleep after exploring Leeds most of the time I was there
