The hotel is beautifully presented. All staff took the time to be engaging and helpful. The hotel has little to no parking which is a bit of a shame.We ate in the restaurant and throughly enjoyed our meal. We look forward to booking again we loved our room gorgeous bathroom !

I had never stayed at a Malmaison before and was keen to see what they were like, I visited the Leeds hotel on business and from the moment I stepped into the hotel I found it superb, the thing that stuck out most was the service!! All of the staff were so welcoming and friendly, particular praise goes to Jade the head of the restaurant whose customer service was first class! Having ordered a starter and a main Jade actually came to tell me that my starter was going to be delayed because having made it initially they were not happy with it and were remaking it, would I like a complimentary drink by way of an apology!! Quality!!

A perfcet stay to celebrate a special occasion with friends. Rooms were lovely and clean and the hotel team did all they could to make it a stay to remember. Would stay again without hesitation.

I received a warm welcome from Zeinab who let me check in a little time before 3pm. I was offered a large room at the back of the hotel overlooking the river Aire. Fortunate as it was Leeds Pride weekend. I opted for the eco package which provides a donation to the Brain Charity. Just means that the bed was not changed or towels replenished. Worked well as only there for two nights. Well worth doing. Helps the environment and donates to this important charity.

Stayed here recently for work and was upgraded to a very spacious room — definitely appreciated the extra space and the bed was comfortable. That said, the layout of the room was a bit odd and the décor just wasn’t to my taste — a bit on the quirky side. The hotel itself is great overall: excellent location, ideal for getting around, and the breakfast offered a good variety. It is on the pricey side, but the quality was solid. A very decent choice for a work trip, especially if you value space and comfort — just be aware that the room design might not be for everyone.
