Not good - didn't feel safe staying
The property is located in normal street on a housing estate, the area does not feel very safe. There is what appears to be a hostel next door there were a group of rough looking people sitting in our the front of their property drinking and making noise. The steps up to the property had people's washing laid out. The rooms are very small and the finish is not to a great standard. Beware the property owner has a very Ridgid refund policy and does not give refunds under and circumstances.

Cheap, furniture look like second hand, chairs are coming off onto pieces. The bathroom is very small, cannot turn in it. Shower tray and curtains are dirty and mouldy. Shower head holder fixed with a rusty nail across. Simply very cheap and dirty, hostel style. The place was very cold on arrival, no one cared to switch on the heating even at low temperature before arrival. Bathroom has no heating and is freezing cold as well as being very small and dirty.

I stayed the week at this property, it was mostly clean, a few little things that could’ve been a little cleaner but on the whole good value for money. The main concern for me was on arrival and if not for a resident leaving the property and giving me contact details for the landlord, I would have been pretty much stuffed as ******* was about as much use as a chocolate teapot to be frank.
