Live in Leeds Nazarene Apartments

We booked and paid for a two night stay a month ahead of arriving. We hadn't received any communication about check in procedures so at 7pm on our arrival day, I tried calling the number listed. No answer... I then sent a message through ******* as well as an email. I received a reply letting me know that I had to send £200 to a random account as a deposit. I have an American bank account (takes 48-72 hours for the transfer) as we are currently traveling, so asked if they accepted any other form of payment, like a credit card in person like you would get at any other place in the world. No response. I sent two more emails and called three more times whilst my four kids got restless in our car after our journey north from London. We ended up going to a different hotel so that we could get some much needed sleep. Please do not visit this place, as there is a good chance you will experience the same challenges that we did, which is not what you need when you are traveling for the holidays.

Absolutely disgusting place to stay,mould in the bathrooms all bed bases broken the whole apartment was absolutely filthy and stank the owner last should be ashamed charging people over £400 for a couple nights stay plus a £250 deposit incase of damages I mean really you couldn’t damage the place anymore than it was when we stayed
