Was a decent room, nice and clean
It wasn't obviously stated that you have to go to the Leeds roomzz branch to pick up your keys beforehand... this is fine if you drive, but having just had a taxi drop us off, we had to get another taxi to another place and back again with all our stuff... wasn't great.
Also wasn't any way of contacting reception to ask for a later check out, no-one answered Sunday and our phone was plugged in but not working so I got locked out at one point with no way back in...

This is not a good hotel. I was extremely disappointed.
The ratings and review on the website are not reflective of the quality and cleanliness of the rooms

Stayed in December for a Christmas shopping trip and nights out. Easy £10 taxi ride both ways to Trimity Centre and peace and quiet at night time. Fabulous

Nice and big place in Leeds
Roomzzz in Headingley Leeds is a wonderful place to be for a longer periode. My flat had two bedrooms a bath tube and a shower with each a toilet, a living room with a kitchen. For the time there I was told it is a bit warm and indeed, it was warm. However with skilled aeration of the flat, the temperature was bearable.

Great for a Short BReak
A great space for a short break, with open plan kitchen / diner and two good sized rooms. Beds were excellent, all the whole apartment clean an well presented on arrival. Some lovely extras, and an unexpected but appreciated turn down service in our two night stay).
The comms pre-arrival could have been better as we didn't receive notification of how and where to collect the keys, which we then had to find out for ourselves on arrival. Small things though, and soon sorted.

Loads of space, really clean, everything you need in the kitchen including fresh coffee for the cafetiere which was a nice touch. The bedroom furniture was tired and no lamp but that wasn`t a big deal as its excellent value for money. Will stay here on my next visit.
