Prenotato x festeggiare anniversario di matrimonio,jacuzzi sul terrazzo piena di cacche di uccelli,jacuzzi in camera senza istruzioni che poi abbiamo capito non funzionava e nessuno ci ha aiutato,climatizzatori 2 non funzionanti ,blatte per la stanza e in bagno ,abbiamo lasciato la camera la sera stesso.Come si può non avere nessuno che possa aiutare gli ospiti, senza un minimo di formazione, non è per lamentarmi e non pagare perché è stato pagato tutto, ma veramente delusa ,abbiamo chiesto aiuto ma non ci è stato risolto nessuno di questi problemi . Al personale insegnate come risolvere i problemi e come funzionano le attrezzature della struttura e la jacuzzi si riempie con acqua fino a coprire i bocchettoni...forse non è stato detto al personale,dato che non c'è un rubinetto da poter usare in modo indipendente. GRAZIE PER AVER ROVINATO L'ANNIVERSARIO

Las habitaciones muy bonitas y cómodas. El desayuno con varias opciones,dulces típicos, embutido y fruta variada, todo muy rico. La zona de la terraza muy confortable, con un jacuzzi pequeñito y hamacas. La ubicación es perfecta, en el mismo centro histórico y Emilio (el anfitrión) muy atento y amable.

Una delle recensioni più difficili da scrivere. Complessivamente soddisfatti. Stanza (due adulti e bimbo) molto grande, letto king size che quando torno a casa mi sembrerà di dormire ad una mezza piazza, posizione invidiabile. Piccolo inconveniente in camera sapientemente gestito. Tolgo una stella per via di una colazione che poteva essere più buona e per via di una camera non proprio pulitissima. Però in generale un'esperienza soddisfacente.

Perfect place to stay in Lecce! Great staff, super friendly and helpful, the room was excellent - big, cozy, warm. The bed was super comfortable. And the location is perfect - everything you need is around you! The train station is about 15 minutes away.

Excellente situation pour visitez le centre historique de Lecce. Nous avions réservé une (suite...) avec jacuzzi mais il manquait d'eau pour en profiter pleinement. Aucun cachet et froid. Impersonnel. Petit déjeuner très moyen pour le prix de la chambre. Terrasse à l'étage avec un jacuzzi d'eau froide commun. Le prix se justifie uniquement pour l'emplacement.

Bel posto in centro a Lecce, con una brevissima passeggiata si arriva in Piazza Sant'Oronzo e Piazza Duomo (suggestiva veramente, soprattutto la sera). Accoglienza buona, professionali e camera accogliente e pulita.

The description is false, the person communicating via *********** is rude and accused me of lying because I challenged the false description of infinity pool. See images. No reply from the email I sent either. We didn’t even stay we were so disappointed as only booked it for a Relaxing time by the pool and they would not even consider a partial refund. It clearly says pool. Also, the jacuzzi is not even heated so it’s more of a container of water. Filthy too. Very strange and disappointed, it’s more of a hostel tbh. I would understand if I had paid £20. Old bits of breakfast left on the terrace at 4pm still, I would never ever recommend or come back.
