Excellent breakfast on the roof garden. Rooms are very clean and well equipped. Would definitely stay again. 8 minutes walk from the train station, centrally located in the old town.

Dimora, sita nel cuore di Lecce, accogliente e graziosa, oltreché dotata di una splendida terrazza appropriata per gustare, a colazione, i tipici pasticciotti pugliesi e fragranti croissant accompagnati da burro e marmellata. La nostra camera, una suite dallo stile barocco ideale per accogliere anche quattro persone, era ampia e pulita; il bagno nuovo e ben curato. La Sig.ra Nicoletta, con la sua cordialità e disponibilità, ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa.

B&B viel tegen, al namen we de suite. De suite was ruim en net maar had geen enkele aankleding. Het ontbijt was ver ondermaats. De ligging was wel goed. Centraal en toch zeer rustig.

Deze accommodatie geboekt vanwege balkon en dakterras en dichtbij oude centrum. Ja het ligt redelijk dichtbij centrum, maar de kamer had niet echt een balkon, meer een fransbalkon zonder zitje, je kunt dus niet op je balkon zitten. LET OP!! Het ontbijt wordt NIET zoals vermeld op het dakterras geserveerd, dit is mede waarom je dit boekt. Het is nu 30 juli prachtig weer (beetje bewolkt dus ook niet te warm) windstil en 28 graden, beter kan niet. Maar ontbijt krijg je binnen in een klein kamertje. Ontbijt is ook heel erg karig, ik vroeg om yoghurt en kreeg een heel klein schaaltje met denk ik 3 eetlepels yoghurt, met een banaan….Verwacht hier ook geen eieren die zijn er niet. Dames van het ontbijt zeer onvriendelijk. Echt zonde van deze mooie plek, het heeft potentie maar niet met zulk personeel. Waarom niet je mooie dakterras gebruiken?? Echt een grote teleurstelling. Kamer is redelijk klein, wel een goed bed.

Siamo stati solo per una notte ma nn potrei che consigliarvelo , posizione strategica nel cuore del centro storico ma facilmente raggiungibile a piedi parcheggiando sulla via che gentilmente indicano al momento della prenotazione; Abbiamo alloggiato nella camera Masseria,bella funzionale e confortevole grazie a materassi e cuscini molto comodi ; Colazione in terrazza molto suggestiva ; Ottimo rapporto qualitá prezzo Grazie e a presto

Great communication before arrival (Alessandra) - we arrived late on the day of a national train strike - but were able to be buzzed in remotely.
Superb breakfast.
Great room, although there wasn't a safe.
Staff very good about leaving luggage between check-out and train-departure.
