An awkward property. Only 4 rooms. One of the of the rooms has the bathroom outside the actual room. Which makes going to the bathroom in the middle of the night from the second level loft bedroom a chore. And makes it awkward if you cross the neighbours from the other room in the hallway when you’re showering.
The other loft room requires you to leave your actual room to get to the loft from a separate hobbit-like door with a separate key. Shower in that room was a small capsule. Difficult to shower for a 5’7” 170lb adult. If you’re taller or heavier, good luck…. Maids were nice but didn’t consistently change towels and glasses. Overall an interesting place but the awkwardness of it left us not wanting to rebook.

Wenige Zimmer, gutes Frühstück. Angstrenge 33 Stufen Treppe zum Eingang. Schäbby Chic die Einrichtung, das Bett etwas zu niedrig und zu weich. Kleines Bad. Zentrale Lage, nur gebührenpflichtige Parkplätze und schwer zu bekommen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar.

La struttura è ubicata in un palazzo vicino al centro..ambiente famigliare molto tranquilli....io ho preso una suite o junior suite come scrive booking ma probabilmente abbiamo una visione differente del concepimento di SUITE...Rivedrei il check out alle 10, portando il tutto almeno alle 11...altra cosa che non mi è ASSOLUTAMENTE piaciuta è che all atto del check_in la ragazza che ci ha accolto ci ha invitato al mattino a mangiare o un cornetto o un pasticciotto offerto dalla struttura...bhe all orario prestabilito non c erano i dolci da lei promessi e manco nessuno sapeva nulla...

Prima volta in Lecce B&B ubicato in un palazzo d'epoca a due passi da piazza San Oronzo e dal centro. Elisa ci accolto con gentilezza e ci ha fornito info su ristoranti e mete da visitare. Stanza su due livelli elegante e confortevole.Splendido il balconcino di ringhiera nel cortile per la colazione.Struttura curata e ottima la pulizia.Bellissima esperienza !!!

Tuvimos una excelente estadía en este alojamiento. En nuestro caso, éramos una familia de 5 adultos y 1 bebé de 11 meses. Fueron muy amables al darnos dos habitaciones contiguas con dos baños. Además, nos proporcionaron (a pedido) una placa de inducción para poder calentar leche para la bebé. La cuna que nos brindaron (previo pago) no tenía colchón, por lo que tuvimos que improvisar uno con 3 almohadas de nuestras camas. El desayuno no estaba incluído, y optamos por no pagarlo, al no saber en detalle qué incluía. De cortesía, el primer día se nos brindó un desayuno seco (cápsulas de café, algunas galletitas y nutella). El alojamiento se encuentra en un primer piso por escalera de un edificio muy bien ubicado, a pocas cuadras del centro histórico, y dentro del centro comercial de Lecce. La habitación triple se dividía en dos secciones, una debajo, con un sofá cama (de baja altura), y una superior, en un entrepiso por escalera, con una cama doble. El alojamiento no tiene parking propio, sino que se debe estacionar en la calle en la zona. Al ser céntrico, es bastante difícil conseguir lugar para aparcar, y más aún si se busca lugares donde no se pague (líneas blancas).

Molto centrale con grande possibilità di parcheggio. Casa d'epoca ristrutturata e di grande impatto. Personale molto gentile, disponibile ed organizzato. Check in abbastanza veloce. La camera grande ma poco organizzata. Molto consigliati 2 cuscini in più e un tavolino colazione in fondo al letto.....
