Just gorgeous. Perfect comfort in beautiful design. Clean and crisp. Lovely art on the walls . We felt like VIPs. Breakfast at the cafe is very nice (though we missed fruit!) and you can park close by (just outside the walls of the old town). Great place to stay if you like ambling around the centre storico.

A little gem well located in Lecce. Great breakfast in the cafe which is right next to the front door. We had a late check in and Emilio booked our airport transfer, provided key codes and asked us to message when we got there so he could be sure everything was ok. Great dinner recommendation too. A lovely place with beautiful rooms and well located.

Wir verbrachten vier Nächte im Palazzo Paisiello in Lecce und hatten leider nur durchschnittliche Erfahrungen gemacht. + Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes, neu renoviertes Hotel + Sehr zentral gelegen + Sehr bequeme Betten und großzügiges Zimmer mit allen Annehmlichkeiten + In der Lobby kann man sich jederzeit kostenfrei Tee und Kaffee zubereiten + Beatrice ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Immer erreichbar und hilft jederzeit bei zB Restaurant Reservierungen, Ausflugs Tipps etc. Negativ sind uns leider folgende Punkte aufgefallen: - Sehr hellhörige Zimmer, insbesondere der Lärm von der Straße durch grölende Jugendliche am Wochenende lässt einen Nachts kein Auge zu machen - Frühstück wird in der Bar direkt vor dem Hotel serviert. Die Qualität der Speisen hat uns leider nicht überzeugt und auch das Ambiente wirkte (zumindest innen) doch relativ schmutzig. Das passt unserer Meinung nach nicht zu einem "luxury room" Hotel - Die Sauna im Zimmer war nutzlos, da sie langsam aufheizte und sich bei gerade einmal knappen 60 Grad wieder abschaltete. Zudem ziemlich eng - leider konnte man sich nicht einmal alleine hinlegen - Wasser läuft weder im Waschbecken, noch in der Dusche richtig ab. So hat man gefühlt ständig eine Überflutung. Duschtüre ließ sich nicht richtig schließen, sodass Wasser zusätzlich hinaus läuft Eine nette Unterkunft, leider jedoch in unseren Augen mehr Schein als Sein.

Un endroit magnifique dommage ! Un superbe endroit, un très agréable accueil, une très belle et grande chambre décorée avec beaucoup de goût vous allez me demander pourquoi moyen alors ! Impossible de faire la température de la chambre, elle était à 25 * alors que dehors il faisait 15 degrés. Notre hôtesse très gentille nous avait précisé qu’elle était joignable à n’importe quelle moment. 21h30 car il y avait en dessous du thermostat une commande tactile qui clignotait rouge, donc on a voulu l’appeler en urgence il faisait toujours 25 degrés. Aucune réponse ni répondeur, on c’est quand même couché mais impossible de dormir la lumière du couloir est resté allumée toute la nuit et l’espace sous la porte permettait largement à la lumière de rentrer dans la chambre. Alors entre la chaleur, un spot lumineux rouge clignotant et la lumière sous la porte, nous avons passé une super nuit. Par contre le petit déjeuner était juste magnifique, il est servi au bar à côté et vous prenez se que vous voulez. Ps: l’hôtesse n’a même pas essayé de voir ou savoir qui la appeler à 21h30.

Uno splendido palazzo arredato con grande gusto ed eleganza. Posizione perfetta nel centro storico. Molto pulito e curato. Letto comodissimo. Ottima colazione con prodotti freschi. Tutto è fantastico , ma sopratutto Beatrice che ci ha accolti con il calore e una gentilezza rara, sempre disponibile e semplicemente meravigliosa!

Ho trascorso un bellissimo weekend in questa struttura nel cuore di Lecce e non posso che esprimere il mio apprezzamento. La posizione è perfetta: nel centro ma al tempo stesso in una zona tranquilla che garantisce un riposo ottimale. La struttura è accogliente, con camere eleganti e ben arredate, dove ogni dettaglio è curato con attenzione. La pulizia delle camere é impeccabile. L'atmosfera è calda e familiare, Beatrice è stata estremamente cordiale e disponibile, sempre pronta a dare consigli su cosa vedere e dove mangiare. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura, sicuramente ci tornerò! Grazie !

Palazzo Paisiello è una coccola da regalarvi! Situato nel cuore del centro storico di Lecce, a due passi dai luoghi più suggestivi (Santa Croce, Duomo, ecc…). A poco più di 50 metri da Porta Napoli é facilmente accessibile anche per chi arriva in auto. Già dall’esterno lascia incantati alla vista grazie alle vetrate che lasciano intravedere la hall dove ad accogliervi troverete Beatrice, una ragazza giovane ma estremamente professionale e attenta a tutte le vostre esigenze. Sempre disponibile a offrirvi ogni indicazione utile a rendere il vostro soggiorno davvero unico (fidatevi dei suoi preziosi suggerimenti). Da qui nulla è scontato! Ogni camera é ispirata ad una composizione di Giovanni Paisiello. Perciò sappiate che ogni camera è diversa dalle altre, unica, accogliente e con quel tocco di magia che accompagnerà la vostra permanenza a Lecce. Le camere sono moderne, dotate di ogni comfort e domotizzate. Ogni dettaglio è stato studiato con ricercatezza. Dalla comodità del materasso e dei cuscini al tessuto degli asciugamani. Senza trascurare la colazione da fare tranquilli nella hall o nella piazza antistante la struttura. Pasticciotto obbligatorio! Lasciatevi sorprendere da una struttura che non ha nulla da invidiare ad un 5 stelle.
