Vi consiglio il beb civico 49 posto molto pulito,elegante e raffinato ci tornerò molto presto, la pulizia è eccellente, accoglienza dal nostro Enrico un ragazzo molto educato e ospitale a presto !!!!

La prima impressione che ho avuto entrando nella struttura è stata quella di luce e pulizia. Civico 49 si trova a due passi dalla stazione e dal centro storico, la camera è ampia e confortevole, la zona comune accogliente e attrezzata con macchina per il caffè, bollitore e una buona scelta di cialde e infusi. La colazione viene offerta presso un bar a pochi metri. Il proprietario, infine, è discreto e disponibile. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/ prezzo.

La camera aveva tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno comodo. La posizione consente di raggiungere velocemente tutto quanto c'è da vedere a Lecce. Il parcheggio può essere effettuato sotto al palazzo e, pur essendo a pagamento, ha un costo limitato.

Struttura nuova,ben posizionata vicino alla stazione ed al centro storico, curata in ogni suo particolare, molto elegante e moderna. Completata da ogni comfort, WiFi gratuito, aria condizionata, tv, fornitissimo frigo bar, phon e prodotti per la pulizia della persona, di ottima qualità ed infine zona comune dotata di cucina completa, bollitore e macchina da caffè con capsule di ottimo caffè. Ma ciò che salta subito all ' occhio è la pulizia della struttura, da 10 e lode. Complimenti ad Enrico il gestore, ragazzo a modo e molto disponibile. A presto, Lecce ❤️❤️❤️
