Profondément déçus
Nous sommes très déçus de la chambre qu’on nous a allouée qui ne correspond pas du tout au descriptif du site ! (Chambre confort)
Près de l’entrée,en rdc et dans le passage principal de l’hôtel pour aller au restaurant..
Vue et bruit sur le port..de nettoyage des bateaux qui rentrent et près de la route et de son trafic continue .
Lit en 140/190 et non 160/200 !
Très petit espace chambre prévue pour personne à mobilité réduite d’ailleurs comment circuler en fauteuil dans cette chambre ??? Nos 2 valises encombraient déjà largement..
D’autre part le tarif de la chambre affiché a l’Hotel est de 74e ce n’est pas celui que l’on nous a facturé..!! (Ch 104)
Et petits dej en sus 10e
J’avais pris l’initiative de téléphoner qques jours avant notre arrivée pour avoir qques infos complémentaires , la personne qui m’a répondu ne doit pas connaître les règles de courtoisie au téléphone ,d’accueil et de prise en charge client , je dérangeais, ce n’était pas le moment : ça m’a déjà un peu refroidie !

A little gold mine
Excellent establishment, super friendly and adaptable. Organises a super vegetarian meal at very short notice.

Très belle adresse à recommander. Au restaurant les serveuses sont adorables, efficaces et pleines d'humour ce qui rend les repas encore plus agréables. ANNE la patronne est très conviviale et adorable. Sa cuisine est sublime, il faudrait y rester plus longtemps pour goûter tous les plats car tout fait envie. La chambre très bien, très bonne literie, l'ascenseur est très appréciable ainsi que le parking fermé. Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre trop court séjour, mais c'est sûr nous reviendrons avec plaisir et gourmandise. Très amicalement. Eliane Jean Pierre (une caresse au chat) !!!!

Pour votre confort, tout y est ! Ascenseur, parking privé fermé, calme. Très bon accueil, personnel très agréable. Situation idéale pour visiter la région ou pour une étape. Sans oublier un excellent restaurant qui vous propose des plats raffinés.
