Все прошло отлично! Небольшие проблемы с кроватями, очень жесткие матрасы, плохо регулировалась температура в номере. Отелю лет 7-10 не делали вообще ремонт. Завтраки отличные, всего очень много. На 2-3 дня отдыха нормально, больше не советую.

La struttura ha pro e contro; a vista può sembrare un condominio dispersivo.Il personale si da' da fare,il problema è che se si è al completo si fa fatica a stare dietro,un problema comune e ne soffre soprattutto la cucina. Le stanze erano pulite e spaziose. Il bar e la gente che lavora lì nota negativa! Tutti pigri,lenti e distratti. Assolutamente fregandosene che aspetti al tavolo a bar vuoto. Nota super positiva-il direttore era dappertutto! Gentile e disponibile,non ho dubbi che almeno lui ha dato il meglio di se

Gutes Frühstück, Pool sauber und angenehm, Zimmer groß. Das Badezimmer war so so, Dusche nur mit Vorhang, der Boden ganz nass und rutschig nach der Dusche.

Abbiamo soggiornato con la mia famiglia a fine agosto per visitare i parchi del Garda. Perfetta per Gardaland in quanto si raggiunge comodamente a piedi, la struttura offre un ampio parcheggio esterno ed un parcheggio coperto a pagamento Camere standard, seppur datate ma pulite con ampio bagno, decisamente da migliorare la gestione del clima con un termostato molo datato e di dubbio funzionamento La struttura ha anche una piscina di cui non abbiamo usufruito Grande pecca è stata la colazione, nonostante aver fatto presente, sia alla prenotazione che al check-in, la richiesta di avere prodotti senza lattosio, il personale di sala non ne era a conoscenza. Da sottolineare la gentilezza e la cortesia del personale nel provare a risolvere il problema. ma il primo giorno mi è stato presentato un piatto di merendine confezionate ed il secondo giorno una sola brioches e due fette di crostata. Credo che un Hotel di queste dimensioni debba presentare un adeguato buffet di prodotti senza lattosio

Posizione strategica, in 10 min a piedi si raggiunge Gardaland con una comodissima strada ciclabile ben illuminata ma allo stesso tempo si è anche molto vicini a tante località magnifiche del lago! Fantastiche le camere a tema, noi avevamo La grotta di Aki, fenomenale!

They call themself 4 star hotel. The level of service is lower than any star: no hot water at night, AC is not working for a day! Had to call reception twice and finally walked there to get any attention to the matter. To add more injury to the insult AC in the room controlled from the reception computer not in the room! The bathroom equipped with the towel warmer, but none of them working in the whole hotel, I was told. No tea kettle or coffee in the room, no cups or glasses in the room. No courtesy to the guests either 🙃

Sono stato in questo hotel con mio figlio,non è stata la scelta più economica,ma sono contento nel dire che ci siamo trovati benissimo. La stanza è grande e pulita,bagno idem e trovate già shampoo e docciaschiuma...Il complesso è ben tenuto e ha una piscina grande e pulitissima con bagnino annesso,parcheggio ampio sia interno(a pagamento) che fuori gratuito. Il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile Potete trovare un ampio salone dove viene servita la colazione,pranzo e cena tutti a buffet e devo fare i complimenti per la quantità e qualità (solo i primi sono leggermente sciocchi) ma comunque avete una buona scelta su cui variare,sorpresa i dolci sono veramente buoni! Consiglio
